Miami...1981.... the cocaine trade was booming and many people went out to start new lives and make millions by trafficking this less than legal substance. One of these these brave souls was a man named Tony Montana. Tony came from communist Cuba to start a new life and live the American Dream. In the end, he fell into the cocaine trade and after shrewdly out-competing and out-killing all of his rivals, he became the sole cocaine drug lord in all of Miami, trafficking thousands of kilos of cocaine which translates to millions of dollars. Not everyone wanted Mr.Montana to be on the top however. Tony's once associate, Sammy Sosa, decided to put an end to Tony's hold on Miami after Tony decided to not carry out a mission for Sosa. He decided that it was the time to put an end to Tony Montana...once and for all. On dark night, Sosa sent in his thugs to Tony's Miami mansion, directly on the coast of Little Havana to see just how tough Tony is.... you get to figure out the end from there. SCARFACE Inside of Tony's Mansion. Another overview of the inside. These are Sosa's Thugs, getting ready to storm your mansion. Thug-Eye View of the Manor. Tony in his office, oblivious to the danger right outside his doors. Entrance to Manor- Thugs begin to attack. Startled by the loud break-in, Tony goes to his weapons closet to retrieve his "Little Friend". The thugs run up the grand stairway, guns blazing. "Say Hello To My Little Friend!!!" These are the side stairs and the side door to the upstairs that the thugs can use to flank Tony. If used correctly, the side stairway can be used to assassinate Tony. Now- time for hard facts in this story. You become Tony by random and you will appear as Last Man Standing.Tony is much stronger than the Thugs, his damage resistance is 2000% but he is also slower at 75% speed, When he picks up the custom powerup he gets 2000% health 200% damage but moves even slower at 50% speed. The custom powerup lasts 1 minute and after that he reverts to his normal 100% damage 2000% health and 75% speed. The whole time he is 200% gravity and he has a BR. The thugs have normal health at 100% and have 90% speed and 200% gravity. They are equipped with Assault Rifles and SMG's. They are immune to headshots so Tony cant just own them. They must use teamwork and smarts to kill Mr. Montana. They have to use his own mansion to outsmart him and sneak up behind him or concentrate all of their fire on him so he will die quickly. This game is played best with 8-16 players, anything lower than that normally has Tony owning everyone. The rounds are 3:00 long and there are 6 rounds.Remember, the Thugs have to work together. The Gametype Tony Montana The Map Scarface Thank ya much!!!! And remember- The World Is Yours iTz Fuzzywig
You seem to like making houses. Doesn't Scarface use a shotgun? I don't like the idea of 75% speed. Truth is, people can run faster. It seems you were going for realistic human traits, I recommend 110% Speed and 200% Gravity.
No, im pretty sure he uses an M16, a BR(semi) mimics that or an AR(auto) I like the Idea, but what if the "Tony" player doesnt go to the inner balcony and sits in his office and camps? then it would ruin gameplay...
Wow. well i dont really know alot about scarface but i know for a fact that this map is great. The aesthetics are great and i love that fountian. The front of the mansion looks amazing and i think everything looks very neat.
Dude this is tight, even though i've only seen bits and pieces of the film. It looks like it would have some predictable gameplay as the center room seems to dominate the map (from the pictures). I'll download and give it a try. Sandheart Manor was by far the coolest and most original map I've ever seen on this website. If you can somehow manage to make more maps like that one with incredible geomerging and gnarly aesthetics, then you'll have established yourself as an irreplaceable forger of fantastic maps. 3.5/5 for this one though.
"how have people not seen this movie. Not only is it a great and very realistic redo, it's a great map and gametype to keep it playable. Super cool idea and excellently done I especially like the fountains and the stairway to Tonys room. 11/10 and decinately worth a dl. How can someone comment on this without seeing the movie or ending?". Says former Green Bay QB Brett Favre
No- there in the movie Tony walks pretty much the entire time in this scene because he has a confident swagger- I set the game up to be super realistic to the movie =] Well. there in his office he can easily be cornered and slaughted by a mass of 10 people all throwin grenades at him - and because he is slow he cannot avoid them =] I mean yes. it does add a hamper to gameplay but some people are just dicks =]
Another awesome map by Fuzzywig! I've seen Scarface too many times and found that this map isn't exactly the way I would portray it but still freaking sweet in comparison. I just love it and am going to use lots of times at my LANs. 5/5 SWEET!
Nice job man! I have seen the movie several times and this looks exactly like the end scene. I have not seen it yet in the game but the pics looks amazing. Qued for DL. I am happy to see that you made a game variant as well. I will have to come back with some direct comments on the game play. Thanks for posting this. I have a feeling that I am going to like it.
Thx- The game played very well with me when I played with 13 people, at least the people in that game liked it ^_^
