ok honestly, i can't stand staged screenshots.. these are all ones that i took of in-game action... even the tree one is an effect from the grendade i think.. Ok the truth is these are all from when i had my subscription... so about last fall, i went on my profile last week and checked them out.. i edited them all a bit in photoshop to make them look better.. what do you think? you could also check out my DA gallery for halo stuff.. this is all thats in it right now: Kumbric's deviantART gallery +fav's or something if you like them would be appreciated
First is best. Very artistic and nice. Good work. I dislike the other action shots because they are action shots.
good photoshopping, but the truth is the 1st picture is just the tree next to the invis on standoff. it wouldnt look cool at all if he hadn 't photoshopped it. in my opinion halo screeenshots shouldn't be photoshopped
I too am like you and I like action shots more than staged one. Mostly because I am not good at staged shots, though I can appreciate the staged ones. As for your shots, I like the guy with the sniper. Not sure why, just do. And that is really presumptuous to assume it is photoshoped. Just because it is red and orange doesn't mean it is a photoshoped picture. You could easly get that effect by flying the camera into a rocket explosion.
yeah i like the sniper one for some reason too... it just appeals to me. and to *** and disturbed, i did both. the main colouring was done by a flame grenade, and then in photoshop i adjusted the curves so that the tree and rock were darker... so both.
they all are.. in case your thinking differently the only photoshopped part is the blur on it. you got that right? thanks, i love the second one too
