I desperatly need elevators, we could create so much better, funnier things if we only had elevators. Like the purple beam elevators or the orange guardian elevator..
or a mounted missle pod or or a mounted sniper with infinite ammo that u could dismount and then it would have ammo or an actual way to link weapons to drop pods :squirrel_giggle: :squirrel_giggle: :squirrel_chatting:
something that would be really cool a conveyer belt and you could adjust the speed and everything and it was accessible in the old maps
oh that would be awsome, convyer maps it would be real cool to add a wind object that would make blizzards in snowbound and sand storms in sandtrap
I think you're going beyond the realm of what is possible here... Bungie has already stated that it is impossible to add new objects to the maps that shipped with the game. I would personally like to see more geometric shaps (like triangles) and curved walls to complement the wall corners.

I would like doors that are opened, like those in the campain mission: crows nest maybe even gates that are opened by a switch... that would just be 0wnage!
Curved objects would be really good. I think overall, i would like more objects that fit together well. For example, alot of the foundry objects are all different heights. Window pannels, Boxes, width of bridges, barriers, they are all different heights. If they were the same it would open alot more doors.
I would love a placeable Ramp peice. Why? Well because I would love to just drive around the new maps going off sweet jumps!
Metal Pipes: Why metal pipes? Because it would allow us to seal off areas for players and vehicles, while allowing weapon fire and grenades through. Fences sort of do that right now, but grenades, equipment and explosives can't pass through them. Inverse Shield Door (ISDâ„¢): This would have saved me SOOO much trouble in one of my maps, but basically it would be a better version of the above pipes, except one large piece. It would allow all weapon fire, grenades, equipment and explosions through, but prevent players and vehicles from passing through. Like I said, my SpykeBahl arena would have benefited so much from something like this. Yea, a boat would be sweet. Not drivable, of course, but as a piece of scenery (like the Forklift) that can be a'sploded in glorious fashion. Hehehe... More objects that act like the Door, merging with other objects and the map itself. The Door has those "soft edges" on the top and sides, so when placed near other objects and the map, it will actually merge with them, without any trouble. Yet, when placed, those "soft edges" become solid again. No other object have that unique property, and if the did you could virtually say goodbye to interlocking because it wouldn't be needed (as in restarting a billion rounds just to interlock 25% of your map). That's all I can think of right now... --dc
I would really like new skins for maps such as Foundry. New items such as elevators, doors etc, would be a great edition to Foundry too.
i wouldnt like a new object as much as i would like the ability to select multiple objects, and move them, while keeping them in the same arrangement they are already in. For ewxample, if you had a tower of interlocking objects that was hard to make, and you wanted to move it to make the map better, without having to rebuild it, you could select the whole builing and move it as it is.
Sort of like a "Select-ALL" feature? That would make all of our lives so much better. Too bad its not going to happen. *cries* --dc
