Ehh, to my knowledge so does every other retailer producing Halo 3:ODST. You won't be infracted for linking a site that has nothing to do with forge, and it's an actual company.

Its the same, although the visor makes a lot of things brights. A slight border around everything like weapons, eneimies, allies, etc.

Well, it's Bungie. You know that they don't like to disclose information on their games if they're far off... especially if they have just barely announced it.
Still, I wish they could have offered something. Like when this takes place, characters (spartan, marine, or someone else?), just simple things like that. Obviously it is on Reach, but seriously, I want MORE! As for ODST, it looks really great so far, that new firefight mode looks like it will turn out amazing, especially with Halo's control setup. I don't mean anything against GOW2, but I don't like the controls or sensitivity that much. You don't have as much freee movement as Halo, but obviously, that is the way Gears was supposed to turn out, and I still like that game. I'm just saying I think ODST's Firefight will be better than Horde in certain ways because of Halo's control setup. But one thing about all these ODST trailers did piss me off. I really REALLY want to use that new SMG and shoot the brains out of the Covenant with that Automag. And after seeing them in action, the wait isn't going to be any easier.
I agree, Halo's gameplay is more exciting and faster than gears will ever be. You actually have to be creative to do things like finding cover in Halo, because usually all you have to do is tap A in gears, and you're safe. I wonder what'll happen if you run out of ammo for your SMG? Do you just use the enemy's weapon, or is there ammo hidden or that spawns after every round like in Gears?
Hmmm maybe every once in a while a Pelican flies over and drops those pods with weapons in them. Sounds about right? though its purely an idea i just thought of.
Can you do that? I thought the games had to be worth a certain value? Those games are like... ****, and worth maybe 8$ at the most...
Has anyone got any suggestions for the best place to preorder ODST in the UK? The cheapest I've seen is Asda (£37.91) but they won't deliver until 25th September. Amazon.co.uk is the next cheapest (£37.96) and they have the correct release date but what are the chances of me actually getting it on this date? GAME would probably be the most reliable for getting it on the release date but they're selling it at the full price (£49.99) and seem to be the online shop to do so! So where did you pre order yours? Also, is the Sgt. Johnson Firefight Bonus available in the UK? I looked at the GameStop site and saw: But none of the UK sites have any mention of the bonus Edit: OK, it seems like us Brits aren't not getting Johnson, no details saying we're not but none saying we are.
Canada isn't either D: It might though, my friend got the flame decal hog for halo wars but obviously this is different. It's not Johnson that intices me... it's the fact that I won't have it. Is anyone going to get the limited edition? Seems like a good deal actually if you needed an extra controller. ODST game=60$ X360 controller=60$ Total=120$ ODST+controller=100$ Saves you an extra 20 bucks, and it's also a sp3chu1 controller, so I'm thinking of picking it up.

Yeah, you might be able to hold up to 4 grenades again! To all you guys saying that ODST is overpriced, think about this. You get a really long campaign, firefight, and three new maps. The map packs are 10$ GTA4:TLAD was 15$, and it only gave you new missions and weapons, so think about what an entirely new game would cost!
I was just watching the gameplay for the campaign again and i noticed when rookie picks up the detonator you hear like other odst's talkin and they are all saying that they are way off course and stuff. Which is kind of obvious. But then you hear Dare say that shes going right where she needs to be. Now what are the chances of landing where you are supposed to after a giant explosion just went off and probaly knocked your drop pod around a bit. And of course Dare the mysterious unknown lady with recon is the only one that we know has gotten to where she needs to be. I wander if she was sent on like a secret mission or something. Im not sure that was just a guess.
Amazon sells Xbox Controller for 35 dollars. The campaign isnt long, but if the firefight is as cool as I imagined, dammit its worth it. Its even better if you didnt purchase the LMP and eh MMP. Buying both would cost arround 17,5 dollars, if you consider 10 dollar the 3 new maps, you will be paying 33,5 dollar for the campaign the firefight and the Recon Armor, if you like it so much. That if you consider 60 dollar the price, but you can the game on Ebay for 50 dollarm shipping included. Btw, anyone know any site like amazon, but that sell games for people outside US?
