    Well after a hard day of learning the ropes of forgehub, I've come to a conclusion that I should put my maps in a single thread map pack deal. Thats what this is. I'm hoping that after I make this that I can still add more maps to this (I'm working on the 6th) Also If there's a way i can delete the other threads that were causing 'bumping' (still don't know what that means) please let me know. All I was looking for in joining forgehub was a way to get my maps a little more fame than just my friends and recent players. Let's go.

    Okay so basically Desert Ninja maps are the same as far as what the objective is. That is to get past all the obstacles and get to the territory marker. The territorys are insta-capture and 1 point to end the game. If your going to play with your friends please do not use them to cheat. All maps are tested to be cheatproof otherwise. (Even though they may look like you can skip parts, you can't)

    -Desert Ninja: Nosebleed-
    This map is the first D.N. map I made. It uses alot of crouch jumping. At first you have to make a semi-difficult crouch jump onto one of the prongs, the radio antennae part may seem confusing but you just land on the last one, slice it with your sword, then ride it down so its horizontal then crouch and walk onto the pallet.     -Desert Ninja: Free Flow-
    This map is the 2nd of D.N. ninja maps. It is a bit different whereas if you fail here, you have to walk to a teleporter and it brings you to the beginning. Thanks to my friend Jordanthehobo who was complaining in the last one how much he hated dying every time he missed a jump. =) When making this map I learned that you can walk on the red/blue lights so I used that. There's also a crypt area but that's a secret. Onto the shots!

    This is a piece of the wall i let stick out so you can jump to the rapids part, its the 3rd jump you make, right above the starting room.[​IMG][/URL]

    This is the golf ball maze, you have to slice the stubborn golf ball and get it through the three walls. sounds simple enough...[​IMG][/URL]

    -Desert Ninja: Rock-Climb-
    This was created to serve two purposes (mainly) Number 1 was friends wanted an easier/shorter map and number two was I wanted to try to build a rockwall. Honestly I build the rockwall first and worked backwards from there. This is an EXTREMELY easy map and almost not even one at all, should almost just be called an experiment. But you never know, somebody might like it.

    -Desert Ninja: Liquid-
    After playing D.N. Rock-Climb I wanted to make something just a little bit harder and something that used pressure jumps more (I've also heard pressure jumps been called slide jumps before) Pressure jumping is basically going to the top of an incline, jumping down to the bottom and jumping forward as soon as you hit the bottom. The extra momentum of your fall, added to your forward jump, allows you to jump even farther than a falling crouch jump (waiting until you just barely start to walk off the edge, jump, crouch at the last second) Still relatively short though.

    -Desert Ninja: A-
    Desert Ninja A was created with the thought in mind that this map has to make all the others look like push-overs. And I believe it was successful. This map is 10 times harder and longer than the others and combines most of their traits. It's called D.N.A. because you'll need some serious genetic codes in order to master this. Here's a breakdown on some confusing parts. There's these tin cups right, you have to hit the grav lift and land in the hole. theres a pic for it. also theres a man cannon and a block, jump in the man cannon, jump off the block with your cannon-momentum to get to the checkpoint (also pic inc.) You need to get to the other side of the rock wall, grab the grav lift, then use it to scale the wall (not to get back up) Then, theres something different with a mongoose you have to do (muahahaha) then from there its basically rolling a ball, hole in one, and a-maze-ing finish.     I think we have seen enough how many do you have to post. It gets noyying to everyone. Im glad that you did make things neater in your newer ones. And Six maps thats a no lifer right here! Go Get some sun now. The best one (coolest) is the rock wall.

    YOU haven't seen anything, you just joined a couple of weeks ago and already have 54 posts? way to sit on your ass all day and do nothing but forgehub. I didn't make all these maps today i've been working on them since they came out with mythic. and the biggest one (D.N.A.) took me about 4 hours (total over 2 days) and who are you calling no lifer? wtf. first of all thats way un called for. i never understood that, its like me and you play the same game so why am i being crucified for doing what your doing? Plus too YOUR the one in some gimpy lil club deal on the game your ridiculing me for playing and worse, YOUR JUST THE FREAKING CAMERA GUY! So okay if i have no life because i play halo 3, are you like extinct one-hundred-fold for being the one who not only plays halo 3, but is a diptard camera guy. what kind of job is that when EVERYONE has this feature called theatre...dumbass

    In all, the maps don't get too much praise to me. You don't really bring anything new to the maps over time, so I think you can work on that. And in your first one, with the teleporters on the scaffolding, if you overload the map and save/quit it below the grid, you don't have to waste supplies, and it works fine, and it looks neater. Plus it tricks the really dumb people.

    also to everyone on forgehub I must say i came into forgehub WAY too defensively and misunderstood alot of opinions and such as attacks. I sincerely apologize. As i've said im new to online stuff such as forums and posting comments and all this stuff. I know inexperiance isn't a very good excuse, but i hope we can all just like, start on a clean slate, with no hard feelings or anything. again i apologize and understand that there is a difference between criticism and attacking and i was on the wrong side. -Stix227

    I think this was a good chain of maps, me and my friends got a lot of entertainment out of them. There are a few things you can make cleaner in forge but you'll learn those as you go along. One major thing i want to add though is in the first map, the warthog obstacle, the road is extremely uneven and it is so easy on the already narrow path to get flipped or fall off. Either way good maps lots of fun 4/5

    Lol i actually made it so its like that on purpose, just poses as another challenge. Most people will get in the hog and floor it right off the man cannon and if they land on the path then they'll floor it on the way down. You have to basically let only gravity bring you down it, even going slowly you'll notice your back end pops up.

    I don't think I have ever been more frustrated in my life, good job! I finally completed everyone (even D.N.A.!). Those were some of the best jump maps that I have played, although I found a flaw on nosebleed and three flaws in D.N. Liquid, so I'll give you a 4.5/5. Good job!

    Haha, good im glad you enjoyed them. about these flaws... if you could contact me via xbl (gt=Stix227) so i can correct them that'd be great.
