HOLY ****. I can't tell if that's Reach, or Earth though. I can't recall when the Covenant officially discovered Earth, but I do believe it was in Halo 2. Though, Halo:CE would of already taken place, so it's really not the event taking place in the Reach trailer, but a large resemblance. Edit: Wait no, Holy ****. Halo: CE took place on the Halos. In Halo 2, they actually did encounter the Humans at their home front. Though, the events of Reach had already taken place...though....ehh. The trailer makes it sound like it's the first contact, so the Halo 2 resemblance theory is probably wrong, but nice find Huntar.
Nope, all the spartans died on reach besides masterchief. On reach there were many spartans in the fight, in the events of Halo and Halo 2, all the spartans besides the chief as stated before were long dead. Reach was back before Halo 1.
Umm no not all the spartans died on Reach. if you read the books then you would know that some of them survived and some were alive during halo 2 just not with the chief.
