New Way to get vids to Youtube (No Capture Card!)

very helpful i heard about but didint exacyly know wat it was for

 

i have a really good vid atm and i really wanna share it but i cant!!

So can you edit the videos or does it just "grab" them?

 

The function has been down for about a month now. They really need to update the thread.

 

Use eatHALO.com in the interim. It's free and they do a quick, decent job.

 

i use a recodable dvd player then put on computer and convert 2 WMV then just use windows movie maker............. simple and easy

 

But some people do not have Recordable DVD players, so this is the best option for most people. Too bad GameVee is down, but thats why I bought my own capture card.

 

Man I used to use this. I really had problems though. Oh well, it might work for others I guess.

 

Stop reviving this thread. Gamevee grab is not working, and has not been working for months.

How do you edit it? I dont have money for programs like SONY Vegas.

 

Ummm...Gamevee is gone. Please, we need a new way to do this before Bungie puts out the "save to .wmv" thing!

It's true, GameVee is no longer around. And even though the Bungie Render to Video function isn't quite at the public stage yet, there is a last option if you're really stuck:

LINK REMOVED provides a service similar to that of GameVee Grab. The upsides are HD quality, no watermark, and the ability to remove the GT bar at the bottom of the video, and to add the reticle. The downside is that it costs, not much, but still. The first video under 2 minutes that you submit, however, is free with a trial coupon. Just enter your gamertag in to the coupon field (should be entered already) and redeem your free video, you get one per gamertag, hence the GT being used as the coupon.

Not a great alternative with the cost and all, but if you're really stumped and just need one clip captured, then eatHALO should be right on the money, and the HD quality is pretty decent too.

There were reports of eathalo containing malware when visited, the link has been removed to protect people from this, and I strongly advise against visiting the site for the sake of your own computer. A sad loss, since it was once a great service.
