Vimeo, Video Sharing For You HD is standard there, but you can only upload 500MB of content per week. You can also download the videos for free, and subscribe and favorite just like Youtube. It's Youtube's equal.
Alright, you told me to reply here, so I will do so. I have never tried, but I've been to other forums that have [vimeo] tags. You can always ask a mod or above to give you html powers for a thread, or ask for [vimeo] tags.
