Ok, and hello to my simple little question.

I'll start off as, I make big team maps and never really looked at making buildings until now.
But just recently I was trying a building, and wanted to add a roof, into a second floor and noticed something. A little gap, and by that I mean the flooring wasnt really on the wall I was placing it on. I tryed every item imaginable to beable to place the piece perfect. And still no luck.
So what I'm asking is, anyone got any suggestions at all? or any ideas on how to make it nice and smooth?

    Thanks in advance! :squirrel_rubberduck

Do you mean that you were trying to place a roof without interlocking it, and then there was a resulting gap, or do you mean something else. It the former is the case, then really the best solution is to interlock your roof. This will fix the gaps and allow the walking surface of your floors to be exactly 1 box high, or however high you want them to be, such that you can walk from roof to a box of equal height with little or no bumps (I.E. not needing to use the ramps/wedges/whatever that you would otherwise need).

Thats exactley what I meant to say.
And yes, thats what my problem is, I have two buildings with a bridge tunnel thing going across to one another, and the roofing on both have those gaps, and now bumps before walking on the bridge.

Edit: The only thing is, I couldnt find any items actually perfect enough to make the roof equal to the top of the wall. So either it would be to low, or way to high.

Yeah, just build using blocks as scaffolding, and interlock the tunnel and ceiling. That'll give it an even, bumpless surface.

    Wait what?
Sorry haha, so just use a box to put the roofing on?
    Or?
Sorry, I'm in a slow mood today. Trying my hardest xD.

You can use a man cannon to easily float your roof at the height of the walls. Just lay a double block on top of the walls and set the walls to not spawn at start, then you've got the bottom plane of the block even with the top of the walls. Then set up another block to the side, at the edge of where the roof will end. The two blocks should now form a corner with the top edge at roof height and the downward edge touching the edge of your roof. Now set up a man cannon pointing into that corner, and use it to press your roofing item in place.
