    Really smooth transitions and I like the idea... Maybe taking off the white box would make it better... Idk if you can have interlaced .GIF's though. Great concept.

    Well you could put the forum color in it....But yeah, good concept.

    No. GIFs have a very limited color palette. i dont think they support transparency.

    on place of the white around it, you select the ipod layer the invert the selection and fill it with the forum grey...
