Overall Theme: I want the spartan to seem like he is sniping under a waterfall with the water flowing down over him. Like a misty feel with some cool light effects. Also you dont need to get the whole spartan in the sig, you can like zoom in a little but only if you see that it looks good.
Color Theme: sapphire, silver, white, maybe incorperate some red
