    The Overpass

The Overpass is a map built around a large highway structure that extends across the whole flat surface of the map, with entrances on both sides. There are two bases, and structures with interconnected pathways that allow you to stay above the ground and provide access to the highway. In the middle of the highway is a large structure that provides a birds eye view of the map. This is a very symmetrical map, and is played best with slayer, and supports CTF. The vehicles placed near the bases are essential to the gameplay of this map.

    Main Weapons
    Rocket Launcher x1
    Energy Sword x1
    Sniper Rifle x1

    Powerups
    Invisibility x1

It looks very well done, the highway esp. looks very realistic, the way you used the arch's make it very, life like, so well done. Only thing is idk if warthogs work will work that well on the map, just because its not that open underneath, but idk maybe I'm wrong. anyway good job. 9.5/10 and DL

Wow. I really like how you utilized the entire play area. Most maps leave a lot of space blank and unaccounted for, but there aren't any spaces here that feel that way. Everything seems well-placed and I can already visualize a few tactical maneuvers.

However, the only minor problem that I see is that the bases are both placed on the same side of the map. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't see any incentive for players to use the other half of the map.

I really like the aesthetics. The support for the bridges look great, and the walkways look like they can support excellent objective gameplay. You have earned my download.

Wow this map looks awesome the giant Bridge/Overpass gives such a great feel to the map. The rest of the map looks cool too I like how you have all the wood pieces raised up looks like alot of catwalks. I just hope that the Bridge is smooth and it plays well. Overall this looks like it has alot of potential good job keep on forging.

I like this! I made a map like this on farcry once so I definately know the gameplay you were going for. It looks nicely forged and the bases look simple but i like them alot. good work on the map. hope to see more of the same good forging from you! :p

i like the idea, but i think you need to make a v2, make sure to interlock, and also i think theres too much clutter , maybe make it a little more open in spots, but thats just my opinion

I love this; it's very complex and clean. The multiple floors are a sure giveaway for awesome winner gameplay. Love how it's symetrical as well.

    5/5 awesome job.

I understand what you mean with the fact that both bases are on the same side, I didnt plan on making it like that in the initial development of the map. I knew, like you were saying that it wouldnt give much incentive to go throughout the map. The problem was that I couldnt fit the base on the other side of the bridge and still keep my map fully symmetrical without geomerging, I guess I got a bit too literal with the grid system. In order to provide some incentive, I placed power weapon spawns in those areas, like a rocket near the catwalks and the sniper in the middle of the highway. Thanks for the criticism, it's appreciated.

Oh, and for the member who asked if the bridge is smooth, it is very smooth, I just had some trouble with the interlocking when trying to meet the ends of the bridge onto the sand, because it is very uneven.

Nice looking map the multi levels will be intresting to play on! Another good point is although their is not alot of merging from what I can see....but I is so clean I feel it would'nt need it. My only problem is with the highway It seems really long and open so easy to snipe if you got up there with one so easy that if you were good no one good get near you . So I would suggest adding mabey a mongoose a both sides for faster travlling speed across the bridge 4/5

Very nice. I've been waiting to start seeing these highway-esk maps. I started to get concerned with the smoothness of the highway on/off ramps when looking at the first picture. Yet, with your reassurance and a second look, I believe you. My only complaint would be with the wooden bridges not merged into the structures. That is a thing that really bothers me in maps. It would also be nice if you showed, in some way, where weapons and power ups are placed.

What is with everyone and interlocking. Interlocking does not make a map, gameplay is. It looks like that is all you even cared about. You didn't even download the map to see how it played out. Seriously, learn how to post, not spam.

Anyways, I'll be sure to give this a download. This looks really good, and looks like a real highway. I like how you placed power weapons on the other side of the map for an incentive for people to go over there, thought that was pretty clever. Nice job. 5/5
