Hmm this map looks unplayable. The effects you've added have made it impossible to see much. Also, a back story would be nice, considering there is a church. I also think that you should remove the cross from the church, because I do not like it.
Actually, the cross is pretty much what makes it a church. The cross represents the church. The effects pretty much makes the church, without, it wouldn't look as good. This is really kool, and I am a christian, so I like just that much more.
That is awesome!!! I love how you made fire! What filters did you use? I think you used red light for the fire. BUt what filters did you use they are amazing. PLEASE TELL ME!!!
For the filters, I used everything except Nova and Colorblind. Thank you to everyone who posted a comment!
Play it? Unplayable?! What fiends that rate their fellows so, notwhithstanding thier ignorance to that which they spurn! That you might play it! O', then thou may see what is to come from such ardous labors! Let us bring the device to the bar! HOLD, OR CUT BOWSTRINGS! What would -really- be unplayable, is if there were no stairs to the other floors. Mm. It's moderately fun, though. Seeable.
Hey you guys got this map posted realy fast. Your map has a great setup forcing players to venture towards risky areas in order to obtain some key power weapons. I still love the building that looks ablaze in a glowing flame. The filters add a freaky look to the map and when i see a zombie slip by right in front of me it realy cant be compared to any other fear you could get out of halo. I know you guys put alot of thought into everything from the buildings to the weapons and even the gametype, trust me it payed off. I was glad I could give a little input and am going to recomend to all those I know who enjoy infection games. 5/5 incredible zombie town map and gametype. And by the way i will vouge that this map is 100% playable it is a little, very little, bit blury but map sight is still about 75% of the map. Dont just asume you cant see. Even the pictures he took of the map are halfway up in the air and you can see fine it isnt an issue at all.
This map looks very playable. Its somewhat original, and although I dont like filters the map looks nice. Also, nice choice with the gauss hog, it adds alot to the gameplay. I also like the fack that it looks like a real town. 8/10 (P.S. can you tell me where the filter is so I can see the whole map without not bieng able to see)
That isn't Nova. It's everything other then Nova and Colorblind. It does kinda look like Nova though, but darker.
First off thank you Canadians360 for recomending this map to me I owe you one. I'm so sick of infection games cluttered with every weapon there's room for in a budget. I almost gave up on infection untill this map. It's amazing and it's actualy smooth (In A ZOMBIE MAP THATS IMPOSSIBLE) I even took the time to look at your spawns and from that I can tell you put a lot of time into this. Just one thing would be to maybe change the name to just doomsberg. But that's not realy a means for a lower rating so 5/5.
I thought it was fun. really well put together. i dont like when you just have to hold out with a bunch of weapons in a little room. i like to run around. keep it mixed up. the effects are kind of much but with the fire looking light it just makes up for it. 8.5/10
Well, one thing Puppythiefer strived for was to create an Infection map that is actually challanging for the humans for once. We will be releasing 2 more Infection map that have the same idea as this.
Hmm actualy if you say it is playable, I will try it. However, I am deleting the cross before I play on it. I just don't think all of this jesus mumbo jumbo belongs in halo 3.
Why does eveyone get worked up over the cross it's just to identify the church. Towns have churches like it or not and a cross is a lot easier to make than a budda statue or mosque or something. Even you have a map called unholy. Equality for religeon is fine but saying destroy religeon uh not so much.
I think it looks amazing, i get why you added the effects you did, its not just your basic oh no zombie's its omg was that a zombie or not map. It makes it so the humans have to have more skill and the zombies can hide easier. I love it and btw "Keep the CROSS!!!" DL's n 5 out o 5
Thanks for the comment, CaptainSTFU. Like you said, this is not your average "Humans are super cheap" Infection map. It takes skill to survive. Also, I have no plans of taking out the cross.
I'm not sure if pell mentioned this but most if not all weapons in the building won't respawn and aren't high amo which forces the humans to venture from their haven to elsewhere and it's actualy safer outside in a group for those in buildings are easy for zombies to pick off. It realy is great since the safest place is in the middle it just ups the chills factor. I can't wait to see the other two. Thanks for the acnologement in the post BTW. I missed that before
Something about this map reminds me of Silent Hill idk. But it looks really fun i like how you made all the buildings and the fire effect to that one is pretty sweet the church looks really nice and yes the CROSS is what makes it a church and im glad you are keeping it i also solute you for telling every one on forgehub that you are a Christian like that most people wouldnt do that. But anyway it is a great map and you are sure to get a dl from ill play on it tonight 5/5 it is perfect from the pics as i can see. (p.s im going to post a map here pretty soon that uses dark effects and im glad someone else has ventured into the land of darkness and making infection more scary than cheap so thanks for posting this map and showinf us that you can make a good map with dark effects)
