Losing Microsoft Points

    Before I sent my Xbox to get repaired, I had 1650 points on my Live Account. I sign on today after the repair, and I'm down to 50 points again...

    Is there anyway I can get those points back?

    Send an email or call Microsoft. They should know how to fix the problem. You have to give them proof though. Do you still have the card, for verification?

    Yeah, it's in my hand right now. I can't really find their number though, it's not on xbox.com...
