The first one reminds me of Halo 3: ODST some how. The pose is pretty good and the same with the back ground. The second one is good. Good choice of having the ODST holding a sniper, I wouldn't think of any other weapons that can make the screenshot a lot better. Back ground seems pretty cool, and the darkness of the ODST fits the screenshot. Nice job!
The background is just the Ice Cave on Avalanche. Thanks. =) The first one was supposed to look a bit like Halo 3: ODST. That's why it's name is "The Rookie" (the name of the ODST you play in Halo 3:ODST.)
i like how he is "looking" right at you in both pics, and how the first one is very plain. Although, you might want to take the spike out of the second one below the sniper, it looks werid...
I think The Rookie is the best. In the second one were you shot with a needler? There is something sticking out of the left arm
That's what's making me want to do a retake of it. I was throwing Spike Nades at a wall, and I didn't notice I had one in my arm when I snapped the shot. A retake wouldn't be too hard, so I may try it later.
The second one would be better if the Spartan's arm wasn't so extended. If the Spartan was turned a bit more to the left, his elbow wouldn't be so straight, and it wouldn't look so uncomfortable.
