COPPA users are those who are under the age of 13. The law states that forums which allow users who are under 13 to register must have a COPPA policy. It basically means that a permission letter is required from the user's parents to allow them normal access to the forums, and is a legal way of protecting younger users from any possible mature content on the forum (nothing serious like porn or anything, there's nothing like that here, more just swearing or mature discussion) until their parents have given permission. Doesn't look like this applies to you though, not sure where Nemi got that idea. And it looks like you got your signature troubles sorted out. Looks like you've been checking out the Featured Maps which is a great place to find some quality Forges. The regular maps sections are the meat of the content on here, and I'm not gonna lie, there are more than a few duds in there, but there are also some great gems and a real diversity of map types. If you have any problems then feel free to contact me or any Staff member. Staff members are: -Moderators (blue names, the guys in the know and the best port of call if you have a problem), -Journalists (red names, second to Moderators if you have a problem but still good guys to talk to if you run into something you have a question about) -Admins (yellow names, there are only 3 of these and they cover stuff that other Staff members cannot, such as name changes and problems with the technical side of the forum. They're quite busy so you're probably better off going to a Moderator or a Journalist if you have a problem or query, but they'll still be more than willing to help out if you have a problem that the Mods of Journos can't take care of) There are also other ranks who are noted as leading and helpful members: -Guardians (darker purple guys like myself, we're kind of semi-Staff members who can do basic moderation but are still able to help with many problems) -Loyals (lighter purple, these guys don't have any forum powers but the Loyal rank denotes someone who is knowledgeable and helpful around the forums, if you have a question about how Forge Hub works then these guys can still help out if you're at a loss trying to contact a Staff member or Guardian).

Dunno. About a week ago, your username showed up in the members list as light blue, rather than gray. So I tried checking out your profile, and apparently I was blocked. I asked Insane and Nitrous about it, and they said COPPA.
