This is like the whole 'does anybody have a download for showing what im listening to on itunes in my IM program??' which is pretty much mac only. As for a wallpaper changer program? i dont know if it exists. Google? or buy a mac. which is an absurd idea.
Im sure there is a program out there that can do it. I am currently able to use large scale animations or videos as my wallpaper and i'm using a hacked version of XP. Wallpaper changing is just one step from that.
Vista allows this. Certain file formats in Flash can do what you want. We are talking about AIM I presume. Not true.

It might i dont know, i dont use it. I'm talking about having it on ALL of my IM programs. I've got it on skype, aim, and icq. I have yet to find a practical program for it to work on windows. A wallpaper changer on the other hand, should be a lot easier to do.
when were we talking about muliprotocol chat clients? what im saying is that it's an option on each of those individual programs to display what you're listening to in itunes.
I may or may not have ripped it from deviantart. I added the border to put my icons on, bothers me when icons and background are the same color. By the way, Opera FOR THE WIN!
It's off topic but I feel the need to defend my browser, Opera has not crashed once in my 1 year of using it and it is the fastest browser around. If you want to discuss more go to the favorite browser thread.
