An 'everything' folder with all my shortcuts keeps my desktop nice n' tidy.

Can anyone recommend me to a good wallpaper changer. I use Windows Vista if that helps.

Whats your screen resolution.
This is sized 1680x1050

 

Its 1280 x 960, but does it matter? And if so why?

 

Well the closer the image is to your screen size, the better it will look. If the image is too small, it will look crappy and stretched out, and if its too big, then it can look fuzzy too as it looses pixels when it is scaled down.
