Sandbox MLG Infused

    Hey guys, this is my first post/map on forgehub. Aswell as my first proper attempt to make a map!

    Supported gametypes: MLG TS (will sort out Oddball soon)

    Both teams spawn in rooms next to a teleporter which connects to both rooms, so in opening plays you can choose different tactics whether to have 1 guy push through the teleporter or all set up else where. Two main lifts both equally same distance for both teams in the middle of the lift is a platform that has a Overshield. Rockets is right underneath Overshield spawn aswell, both same reaching distance for both teams so good opening strats needed to secure the power weapons.

    Weapons on map:
    1x rocket launcher
    1x sniper
    1x Overshield
    2x Carbines
    A load of BRs (cant remember how many XD)
    Quite few plasma + Frag nades

    Well I love the map asethically,but not involving gameplay.When it comes to making a map...focus on gameplay more.I don't really like the map though.Try to put less asethics in there.

    Well don't you want to keep your hopes high and think it will be great.That can be the difference in a good to a bad map.But you nailed some asethics.

    Teleportors big no no for mlg also map doesnt look verry clean try again
    =( 3/10

    Meh just cause they arn't in any map for Halo 3, doesn't mean they are not aloud. Halo 2 MLG maps were best, and alot of them had teleporters. Oh and I'm a very bad impatient forger =D... Ah well was fun making it anyway.

    i wouldnt worry about what htey said. I think it is quite a nice map. and i dont think that it should matter that it has teleporters. Just move it to competitive maps and no problem with MLG. I like it . the lower walkway and the center crossing are nice and i like the view you have from them. Overall it is a nice first map.

    Thanks but there is no point in puting it into competitive, there is no rule in MLG for no teleporters. The best MLG maps such as Chill Out and Warlock for example have teleporters.

    Potentionally the worst map i have ever seen, what was he thinking. I mean who puts teleporters on a map, honestly. This isn't halo 2 LDee we have moved on in the world.

    Now on a serious note the maps plays really well, the layout is well planned out. You can see he put a lot of time and effort into designing and making it. I would rate it 8/10. I think if you put another entrance into red/Sniper it would be almost perfect. :D

    Ok I've looked at a few of your maps and they are all way too asthetic for MLG. Start Casual and find a good mlg rules thread I know DeathstarsOG has a good one before u make another atempt at an mlg map.

    This is the only map I've ever map, so how have you seen them if they do not exist. I'm gonna ditch making a v2 of this map anyway, gonna make a symmetrical map.

    very interesting map, kinda looks like a confusing map, but im sure if someone played it enough, they could understand it and nail it down. the forging is really good, but not sure about the game play. The teleporters could be afective, not that attraced to them, but it might work. also it might be a little helpful to actaully count up the BR's and 'nades that are within the map and put on the thread how many there is, im sure you know what i mean. good job by the way
