I read a topic about how to fix it but couldn't really understand what it was trying to say. It was along the lines of deleting things and saving + quiting or something like that So could someone please try to explain how to avoid the item limit problem
That glitch almost never works--at least I've never gotten it to work--and I'm pretty sure that Sandbox cancels out the effect that it would have had. If you've hit the OLN, you're stuck like the rest of us.
