Any particular traits you'd like to share with the community?

Example; Twiddling your thumbs when pondering. Flicking your thumb when nervous. Watching porn when you're bored. (Wait, nevermind)

Excuse me if I have the wrong word.

Mine would be to fiddle with a rod type tool. Which can be a pencil, pen, marker, twig, etc when I'm concentrating hard. I flip it though my fingers continually.

I HAVE to keep my hands busy. Either they're held together, in my pockets, or i'm fiddling with them. A good way to keep my hands busy is reading a book, playing video games, or tying :)

Whenever I'm at the computer I often find myself in the weirdest positions. Sometimes my legs are over the armrest, sometimes I'm curled up tight, and then sometimes I'm even sitting indian-style. I have a hard time sitting still

Oh, yes, when I am on the computer I fold my arm and set my head on top of it sometimes. When I am done I always find my arm really sore. I havn't used my computer in a while, I use the family laptop instead.

When I deal with nerves, I always find myself biting my cheeks.

Hm...I bite on my cheeks a lot subconsciously when I'm thinking hard. I also flip my pen/pencils if I happen to be holding one (over the thumb and catch after a 360). I sometimes rub the back of my neck, too :p

If I have a pen with a cap, I usually bite the cap until I end up swallowing a piece of it then I just throw the cap away.

If I'm getting yelled at and I can't say anything funny to break the interrogation then I tend to go blank and answer with "what?".

When I'm bored I play with my hair by trying to stand it straight up. :p

I bite my fingers. Not my fingernails. My fingers. The skin. Although, I do bite my nails too. Then I ingest them. It's really, really gross and bad, and it's just too much of a habit for me to quit.

I do the same thing with my toes. :/

Omg i thought I was the only one. Like right now I'm sitting with my right leg folded in, resting against my right arm and my left leg arching over my left arm with my foot on the desk next to the computer monitor while both arms type.

Also I can't stand up straight without my legs in some weird bent position.

Like, the skin near your fingernails?

Also, try not to tear your nails. I tore my toenails and I got an ingrown toenail. ouch.

Another tendency I have is to hit my teeth with my nails. Dunno why. My mom told me that my dad does it a lot too, but I never noticed. It may just run in the family (sure hope not).

I chew on things. It is something that I have tried to fix many a time, but am having issues. I'll just chew on anything that is reasonably small, and not slightly soft (no rocks for example), and I'll do it without realizing it. This is a tad "disgusting" and I can only imagine how grossed out other people get, but I've had this issue ever since I was an infant apparently. I can (for the most part) avoid it in the public eye, as long as I have something else to distract myself. I really want to stop, but it helps me concentrate, such as when I am writing a paper or playing video games.

I also fidget. If I am sitting, I am always re-adjusting how I sit, or moving my legs. I've also tried putting a stop to it, but I've only reduced the re-adjustment of my sitting part. I can only imagine how distracting it is for other people, so I want to stop it, but when I keep my legs still (like I am now) something feels wrong, and am forced to move them to feel better.

I used to walk with my head down turned, and my back slouched. I think this was in part due to my hair, which always falls into my face and would get quite annoying. However, I've managed to correct this, quite difficulty, but have created a new issue. Now I always move my hair out of my face, which bothers people. My hair is just naturally very light, and won't maintain form. Hair Spray and other similar things don't work much either. As for cutting my hair, for every I have had longer hair. I just can't stand short hair since my hair line is slightly receding (at least, I am convinced it is) and my hair grows very fast. We can't really afford hair cut's very often neither, since there is only one guy I have ever trusted with my hair, but charges quite a bit. Right now is especially bad. I am trying out an all new style, that I really like, but my hair kills it. However, I can't afford the hair cut for awhile until I can raise $30. So, for now it is pushing my hair out of my face constantly =[

Wow, I have a lot of issues, I could even go on with a couple more things I do... I really need to figure out a good way to resolve some of these things.

I tend to chew my lips when I'm nervous. It's pretty weird and gross when you accidentally swallow your lip skin. :(

I also twirl my pencils when listening to a teacher talk in class.

    That.

And I always put my hand on the back of my neck when I talk to people in boring conversations.

As i was reading that my feet where up on my desk in the oddest way. I often ask myself, "how the hell did i end up like this?" I rarely sit like a normal person at my computer.

I play with my hair. It is actualy a kind of feminine thing to do, but I can't help it because it's so long, and I'm always trying to get it to go in the right position. I carry a brush with me everywhere.

    You would.

I chew on pencils/pens. I draw on tables constantly. Break down rubbers as well.
