I was commenting on the smoothness of the lane that connects the start and the end of this track. It seems as though the drivers will be forced to make a sharp (thereby discontent) turn during each re-entry.
Uhh... no? The ending turn after the finish line is as smooth as any other part of the track. There is no sharpness to this map whatsoever in terms of gameplay. Try racing on the map before making comments. Because right now, you are making yourself look like a complete dumbass.
very smooth, very nice, good turns, wow this is a great map to have fun racing! i just wish u did it in the sky bubble, so then if u fall of u die, but otherwise very nice!
I'm assuming that ShaddoBlade would have to shorten the length of the track if he decided to build it in the skybubble.
I retract my previous statement. Although you shouldn't comment, especially if it is of the critical nature, if you haven't played the map. The re-entry point is the straightaway on the track that is bordered with teleporters where you re-enter the track if you fall off. You are talking about the turn adjacent to the beginning of the skytrack portion. You would only have to turn sharply here if you are neck and neck with someone. It is essentially a choke point, while remaining double-wide.
If you intentionally made this part challenging for some users, I reckon I should not argue. What bothers me though is that the residue of the track seems to be more suited for the casual type of player. I find it somewhat bothersome that there has to be a choke point within a course that remains smooth throughout. For this I have one question for you: Is it really necessary?
Well, i wouldn't quite say i enjoy the map, i do love a good race, yet it seems like with all the smooth and simple racing maps out there this doesn't have origionality. Not to say it isn't good, you're a great forger don't get me wrong, it just needs to have something that says, I did something that nobody else did, rather than a basic track. I'll give it a 8/10 just try and make us wowed ya know. -Estmid
I understand where you are coming from, but this track was made with the intention of being a straighforward racing track. Everything is up to player skill. There are no other variables, such as jumps, bumps, etc that may hinder the driver for no reason of their own. I wasn't trying to be original. I was going for the laid-back feel of a plain old racetrack. Also, there are only so many things you can do with a racetrack. The ability to be original dwindles more each day. What can you include in a racetrack? You have turns, straightaways, hills, jumps, and scenery. Everything in a racetrack is either a variation or combination of these elements. As you can see, original racetracks are going to be few and far between, as there are only so many ways to vary/combine these ideas. Thanks for the comment, and I hope you enjoy my track despite it's "boringness"
Good map, I also agree that for the future race track maker should try to add some originality, though I know how hard that is. There are things that can be added without making it less competitive. A well done jump can be skill based. You could also just change up the types of turns, like S-turns, full helixes, woop-d-doos ect. Nothing is completely original anymore, but the right combination of features could make the ultimate track. Still love this track though, 10/10. I'm just trying to get all track creaters who are competent to do a little extra. Good luck.
Thanks for the intelligent comment. You nailed it when you said nothing is completely original. Although, I didn't want originality with this track. I wanted it to be laid-back, as I have said many times before. Also, it was only my second track, so it was original for me. I wanted to see if I could create something like that. My next track will mix things up a bit, and hopefully, be more enjoyable for everyone that wants something new. But if it doesn't, I don't really care. I make the tracks for me, so anyone else liking them is just a bonus. P.S. Regarding your Location: The Solar System is the name of our planetary system, which includes The Sun and all other objects bound to it by its gravity.
I don't usually like maps on the ground, but this track is awesome!! I love it. Almost as good as Back Burner, but Back Burner had sharper turns and banks that I really like. Take me as close to sideways as possible on the next map K? 5/5
I can't wait for your next track, original or not. And don't get me wrong, this track is freakin amazing, I love it, and it is good to have laid back maps, but also good to have the balance, and I know you have the talent to do it all and lol about the location, I'm sure I learned that at sometime, but how am I supposed to remember grade 2 . I think I'll leave it for the lulz. Thanks anyways
this map is ok but after playing it i think it is kinda boring... i meen the merging is good but there is just no action. maybe add some jumps and other things in your next map 3/5
Wow I agree, This is the best race map I've seen yet this is just amazeing. You have alot of skill in makeing race tracks. I hope we see more maps from this guy. I giv 1000/1000 ya I sed it 1000/1000 ya I'm going to put 1000 stars no *********************************.......not rilly
Do you think you could do a Nascar style track ala Daytona or Taladega? Or even a "short track" like Bristol...this track is amazing and so clean
3/10 on grammar for YOU. shaddo this map is probably the smoothest ive ever seen, the flow is amazing and its bacically perfect.
This map is AMAZING! 11/5 Ive already played it and its so smooth. I can't wait to see what you come up with next.
