This thread is fail. I've posted photos here, and so have many other people.

Whisper, don't be a jerk. Seriously, this is the first photography thread that I've seen in quite a while here. I'll play along with some recent photos of mine:

Yeah, it's a panorama stitched from three photos, taken at Manzanita Lake, California, in Lassen National Park. The whole lake was frozen solid; pretty freakin' cool.

 

Sick stuff, DocMan. And I'm not being a jerk. Thread's like this are redundant. This is a graphics and arts section for a reason.

 

How is Photography not art?

 

Photography is very much an art!

I hate you two, with your being able to go places so you can get better shots. I have to hop fences and take pictures of fields. I mean seriously India!

I am saying it IS art, and therefore, falls under the heading of this section, and therefore, just like signatures, photography doesn't need its own thread.

 

Thanks, I just envy your traveling. Everyone says I take pretty good pictures, and I'm surprised since I just started about a month ago.

 

The fourth one is very good; love the focus and angle.
