I like it, but I think your blurred BG sigs are getting a little boring. You need to add more stuff, like a C4d maybe. I don't know what you wanted as your focal, the barrel of the sniper or the spartan. If you wanted the Barrel, you should have slightly blurred the spartan and blended the spartan in more with the background to make the barrel stand out.
also, blurring one or the other (the barrel or the spartan) will add depth. i dont really like the colours on this one, and the lighting is off. otherwise, its good
Oh wow, I just noticed the lighting.. yeah thats a must fix. Now to think of it, that is probably the main factor that is making this sig less amusing from your others.
