In the grand scheme of things that really a very short time period to wait.

 

I honestly thought that getting the mythic map pack via Halo Wars LCE is a good idea. Your going to pay 10 dollars for the maps anyways and i think that halo wars is great, also if you dont think you like games like that just give it a try anyways. Its only 10 extra dollars really.

Also the only relations between sandtrap and sandbox is the sand and you get killed by other means than falling if you go to far out of the map. The sky grid is the best part of Sandtrap in my oppinion, but they could of made it where you can raise and lower the grid.

Also not liking a map because of the textures on it (such as sand) is rather dumb if you ask me.

 

Bungie (literally) owns ensemble

Actually bungie is a parent company and ensemble is making it so it is still partialy by bungie







BTW is the teleporter to take u to the skybox there when not in forge and if it is can u go through it in slayer?

I'm sooooooo glad I bought Halo wars. If I had to wait an extra month fot the maps I would have cried. But I wanted Halo Wars too. I had never played an RTS before, ever (I mean a war RTS).

When the Mythic maps come out, will this thread be locked? Because if not it'll get to 1,000,000 posts faster than the PPC thread in OT...

 

lol indeed. Ensemble is gone sadly, so any sequel is going to have to be made by another company.

 

I did hear that support and continuation of Halo Wars will be covered by the new studio that much of the Ensemble team are forming though. This holds hope not only for the continued improvement and tweaking of Halo Wars but also for any possible sequel...maybe...

That's good news! I still wonder why Ensemble went under... was it for financial reasons, or something else all together?

 

It was too big and they didn't want to lose another company like Bungie so they assimiliated them. I'm assuming the last part.
