You could, but you'd be risking a lot of money if it got shot and there are proper gun cams made exactly for that purpose.

But saberwing, are you ever going to put a longer inner barrel through the silencer?

with airosoft i dont see it doin much damage unless u hit it point blank in the lens with a high power gun, but i would worry about doin it paintballing

The barrel of the silencer is actually the inner barrel of the MP5 from my earlier pics... I'm not to sure if I like the look... And would only use it for movies and stuff, because it makes it longer by about 10in... and I don't need that.

Airsoft BBs can do a hell of alot of damage... Especially to fragile plastic cameras. Not to mention, you'd be aiming your lens directly at your opponent everytime you fire...

ICS m4: ICS PCR-97 Full Metal 2007 Upgraded Carbine Basic Package

Tis a sexy beast with a 2 piece gear box so you can easily change from 350 cqb to 400fps field within seconds by just pushing out a pin and sliding it out. I have $100 dollars right now, I'm going to sell a 4000 MS points card to a friend for $50, then comes my B-day in july.

But how are the prices in Canada or wherever you live? I heard they were pretty high becuase of law and stuff. But at least you have a good playground.

Yeah I might start selling crack in the summer so I can buy an LMG. Hopefully with a 500 rd. mag.

Basically take the prices at Red-Wolf Airsoft, and multiply by atleast 2-3x... That's how much we're paying for our stuff... :(

Hahaha, good old Nor... But yeah, you should look at the Echo 1 M249 SAW... It can take standard M4/M16 mags, or it can use a 2500rd box magazine...

Well it depends on what you want really...
The G36C will have big mags that will only fit a single one in a pouch for 2 STANAG mags. But the gun will be the smallest and most CQB friendly of those 3.

The G3-SG1 is basically going to be a massive rifle that will be large and heavy to carry in the field. And I would only recommend it if you wanted to fill a squad's DMR role.

The M4 is an M4... Everybody and their second cousin's boyfriend has one. You'll probably suffer some outer barrel wobble due to the design. But if you need to get it repaired or want to upgrade it. The fact that so many people have them means there are hundreds of different options...

In that list I would recommend the g36 because it's a good solid gun and it has a version 3 gear box which is wayyyyy stronger than a v2 on a m4. Plus I just don't trust crappy plastic chinese m4's because usually the receiver tabs break and also the barrel wobble problem as saber pointed out above. long sentence mwahahaha.

I never really played any Airsoft things, but it seems like it would be really fun, but I have no one in my area willing to do so :(

I agree. Go for the G36C, and if you live in the States, you can get mags with fake rounds in them.

I just purchased ten 30rd G36 mags for my XM8. Had to order the mags without the fake rounds due to they're illegal in Canada... Oh well.

So I found a flaw in my gearbox, the selector plate is made of cheap fragile plastic, and in the cold today it broke... The one from the crappy plastic gearbox is actually of higher quality though. So I'm just dropping it in...

Wait the selector plate broke? Never heard of that happening before, maybe the tappet plate but not the selector. How cold is it anyways?

yeah, because I have to dissassemble the gun to fit it in my bag... And iguess doing that broke it today. And it was ranging between 0 and 10 degrees Celsius. Depending on whether or not you were in the sun. The other one fits in fine though. Can't wait for my mags :D

Holy **** an Airsoft thread?! I haven't played for awhile but I've been dreaming of it nonstop lately.

    My guns: Echo 1 G36C, G&G M4 (GR16), and a UHC VP-70. :)
