It doesn't work that way. The azsault rifle kills out faster than a BR in almost any mid to short range fight. It doent help that it takes three shots with the BR and a beat down to kill but a beat down and one shot to kill. Seriously bungie, fix the beatdown system. I don't care about that "whoever had the most shields" crap I want shitty beat downs like in halo2 where an smg beat down takes out a third of your health. It is proven that an eliete's head actually bobs up and down seperately from the body. And because of the position of re head, it is extremely hard to kill an elite from the back with a br. The turret is too insanely strong. It kills you with 6 shots. I have counted. The pistol competely sucks. Bungie thought they fixed everything about gettin spawn killed from long range by adding a pistol. The assault rifle is better at long range than the pistol. The random spread of our be shot. Two parts of the shot hut your target, while the third one veers off at a crazy angle. So with a total of probaby fourteen shots having to hit your head, it takes an incredible seven shots with the br to actually hit the equivalent I five with the non spread shot. Having no cut and paste feature on the iPod touch.

Oh, all that work to press Y before you hold RB or B. The pistol is a good secondary weapon. You get their shields down by burst-firing the AR, then switch to your pistol and headshot them. Works best if they're fleeing.
...well, i know its just a game, but DIE IN HELL!!! getting on a warthog turret, then the driver just sits there till his buddy comes and kills you off it, so he can gun and starting whith a pistol, useless weapon, i'm used to just holdin B to pick up a weapon, but in intense no-time-to-think situations, i often find myself with a sniper, or sword, and no mid ranged weapon. damn pistol spawns.

elites are not hard to headshot, wether from the front or the back. you just don't know where to shoot. a gun that takes 4 body shots and a headshot to kill sucks. I would rather have a pistol when battling a BR mid range than an AR.

SWAT tundra was not built with Slayer (or any varient thereof) in mind. It was built for CTF. Yea it has start points and stuff for the other gametypes but the only gametype that had spawn areas set up, was CTF. They even had the guy that designed and built the map varient interviewd in the breaking in: segment just a while after Team Mythic started, stating that it was mainly set up for CTF and might not play well with other varients. Just Proof that Shiska does not pay attention to the maps he selects for matchmaking.
