Lol, someone already busted out of Orbital. The earth looks pretty cool though. I love the Mythic Map sky boxes. They're amazing.
I think the maps will be great for matchmaking and customs. We defiantly needed some smaller maps, as well as more of an arena map. However, the maps don't look to promising for forge, with the lack of items and whatnot.
I have to say that by watching the MLG guys play Assembly, it looks like it will play very sweetly. It's gonna be a tough wait, as I'm not buying Halo Wars.
Its a giant pool of coolant that is used in the manufacturing process. I read it in a Bnet update at some point.
By the way guys, I just found out, in the Roosterteeth's Assembly Walkthrough video, there seems to be a door-like object. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gQBTN8J_DFEAt 3:07. You can see that the object has a tiny bit of merge in it.
I think what he's saying is that you might be able to geomerge like a door with it. Interesting find. I'm not sure it will work very well but either way I didn't think about that.
I actually did get that door to fall through the floor... a small piece was sticking out and was immovable.
I got HaloWars so got the 3 mythic maps, their AWESOME! dunno if i hav to pay for the whole mappack again to get the others. :/
OMFG, read bungie's bloody updates! They only come with Halo 3 ODST when it comes out! why don't people ever do research?
you can tell these maps wont be played on much, because sandbox is far superior in EVERY SINGLE WAY. you could probably MAKE these 2 maps on sandbox. AT THE SAME TIME!!!!!
Guys, this is the Orbital and Assembly thread. Go to the Sandbox thread if you wish to continue. Out of the maps, Assembly is my personal favourite with gameplay. That place is perfect for SWAT.
oh, great. another noob brought here by sandbox. i bet you think sandbox is god dont you?i think orbital will be a great map, and i bet that when i get the maps i could make a better map on assembly than you could on sandbox.
