Not, of course, to other co-existing forge maps. It seems strange to find such inspiration from what was once the standard of online video games. Halo 2 is the cause for the expansion of forging styles, cast off are old standards and embraced are the views of a past age of video games. Redeemer grips players in an epic battle of play styles. A map that truly does offer something for most. Redeemer in many eyes may appear to be simplistic in nature. In essence, it very much is a simplistic map, but within this characteristic lies it's beauty. Boasting incredible gameplay from the once utilized SMG start, Redeemer offers an array of tactical approaches, from run-and-gun gameplay, to strategic team based movement, and various points of control. Successfully reviving vehicle combat, the map mixes well between close range, long range, and special weaponry. The symmetrical, balanced layout will quickly find a home, ingrained into player's minds as they assault the back wall in search of rockets. Redeemer plays host to some wonderful gametypes, including interestingly, Shotty Snipers. Along side these, thesilencebroken's own special VIP variant known as Extermination, based on the Gears of War gametype, are also a very special experience. Whether you are a fan of quick paced, bullet spraying action, long range BR battles, or shiny, purple splatter sprees, Redeemer is definitely a map to remember. Ah Redeemer, my only experience playing this map is just with three people. It played very well. The layout of the map is very original and the small details add up and create a epic map of win. The interlocking and geomerging is absolutely perfect. All together very nice forged map. congrats on the feature
This is a true map right here. I played a few games of slayer on it with SMG starts and I was pretty amazed. The map is a gem to look at, while it's still focused on giving the full gameplay experience. The weapon placement was great, the Ghost gave a nice variable for gameplay, and every single detail about the map seemed to give it it's own feeling. Congrats guys, this one deserved it.
Great map guys. THe flow is incredible and the gameplay is great. Also Linu's ability to geo-merge far beyond any human should be able to, is evident here. The map was designed and executed to perfection. Two seasoned forgers making an epic map. you can't beet that. Alex and John, great job.

This totally deserves it. Many of the maps that are created I generally dislike. This map, however, I enjoy alot. It is definitely worth the feature, and is one of the first I support. Great job guys.
there is one thing about this map that bugs me, we played a 2v2 game on it and the ghost was not easily beaten, the team with the ghost dominated and the plasma pistols had a long respawn and would get taken easily, also some ramps up to the grav lifts would be nice, it got annoying jumping after a while, otherwise, great map, and amazing geos and even more amazing bunker grats guys.

Wow! this looks great! It's not often for me to see a maop featured that I hadn't even noticed. But I haven't seen this map yet, and thats odd. But still, looks awsome!! Goodjob.
Ahhh, Redeemer. This is one hell of a map. Everything about it is absolutely perfect. Playing any variant of Snipers on this map, especially sniper hill is amazing. Extermination is amazing. Any Koth variant: amazing. This is simply one of the best competitive maps on Foundry in a long time. I have one tip for everyone: Don't tell your friends where the rockets are. When the other team is dominating with the ghost, hop up there and they're dead. I love this map.
One of the few Foundry maps out there where the Ghost actually makes sense. That in itself is an incredible achievement. Great.

I knew it. From the first moment I stepped into the awesome flow of team slayer with smg starts, I knew that this would be one of the best featured maps ever. It flows like the deep ocean currents, a powerful, moving force not to be reckoned with.
the flow and fun-ness of the map is overpowering, everything is put right where it should be, it makes one hell of a map. i think soren515 put it best, 2 posts above me. already downloaded 6/5
Brilliant! worth that wonderful slice of burnt pizza. the fact the such gameplay can even exhist astounds the masses of crazed bungie fans, who find refuge among the most unexpected of safe havens. Redeemer. i remember when this map was just a wee lad, who was afraid to climb the tree when all of the other neighborhood kids did. but from all the taunting and the rock throwing and the broken arms, out what seems the fire itself, burns what now is now a great giant, intimidating to all who look upon him, and especially the midgets. good times on this map, and if you dont agree with me that this truly deserves the name, featured, then i stick your hand in a toaster. congradulations guys

My hat of point to you for this excellent map. This map is very good for ___ ____ ____. I want to see you guys both to work __ of new. Juan, use more of your excellent talent please. Ya If i translated that right.... I dont really think that they could have done any better on this map. It works very well for what it plays for. But I agree I would love to see something totally original from these two
When I had first heard this map was being made I knew that at that moment, it was going to be featured at some point in time. This is that time... Congratulations to Silence, and Linu! You both truly deserved this feature with this amazingly beatiful symmetrical map, that when looked at straight down the middle, you cannot tell which side is which. This symmetrical map includes some of the most original ideas, from the hard to get rocket launcher, to the gravity lifts blocked off by fence walls. The aesthetic touches here and there when added up to the great gameplay, make this map really worth a download. Once again, great job you two, and grats on the feature!
