Here's an assortment screenshots I've taken over a long while that I think are some of my most interesting. If you're effect-happy, you can leave now. Because I haven't used any 'effects'. Tell me what ones you like. Oh, and almost all of them aren't available to download on my recent screenshots. Putting the kickass into teamwork. I pulled this out of a squad-based photo shoot I did once. Sizing you up. The title picture for Hot Spots, straight out of my photo shoot. Prepare to drop, 2009. I've actually built two drop pod interiors as sets. Anti-Wraith. From an ODST themed shoot. The actual ODST part didn't turn out so well. Moi. I cut this photo of my spartan out and photoshopped it into this. Sur le point. A machinima storyboard shoot, the squad sniper takes point crossing the beautiful landscape. I couldn't think of a name for this. Why bother anyways? At the end of the day, no one really cares what caption you stuck next to your screenshot. Falcon TDIF recap. Cat 'n' Iv0rY What it would look like in me and Iv0rY ever stood next to each other. No, it's not actually him. Get down! Assualt on Occult Square. My only solo map. Same outfit embarrasment. TDIF, DeathToll and I wore the same tux.
decent at best. i think if you took these with some fx's on they could be pretty good. 3/5 overall 3./5 for the last one though
Ok, from these I see you posing, try to put a wierd effect with it and see what happens.Try random combos.Example: Overshieldsx4,Forced color black, then stick a fusion coil with a plasma grenade with your spartan/elite posing in front of the xplosion.I will give these pics a 2, try to just mix it up a bit.
The false reality you are all stuck in that requires 'effects' saddens me. I don't understand how you can't understand that this portfolio is just supposed to be entertaining to look at. I never asked for ratings out of 5. Additionally, none of those ratings were specific to any shots. I can assure you I'm not new to photography or unable to use 'effects'. I just choose not to.
I like your screenshots, they are very Jamaican likeD Inside Joke). Screenshots can be epic without effects. People used to love these types of screenshots before legendary maps came out and now they need to realize the beauty of them again. Nice screens... 5/5.

I've actually downloaded the map and used it for some pictures of my own. I get what you were going for while posting these and I hope people can see past the "explosion in the background spartan with a sniper rifle OMGWTF!?" screenshots. This was a portfolio, not a show-off contest.
I liked the First one and GET DOWN. The first one was cool because you are all like covering eachothers Backs and GET DOWN is cool because it actually looks like your jumping out of the way. Nice pics. Glad to see some non FX ones.
I hate you all. Effects DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT, make good screenshots. I can not make that any clearer.
i agree with you on the effects thing, but these are still horrible pics. The only good pics without effects are those that are in matchmaking, but seeing as how all your pics are staged and WITHOUT effects, they turn out bad.
You dont need to explain to me about not needing effects, Cat. I really like the single shots. Those ones are the ones that can stand by themselves, not the storyboard ones, even those are good to look at, and imagine where they fit in in your story. Which you've never explained to us . I know Blue and you try your best to push others to see screenshots as more than effects and funny poses. Unfortunately, that's impossible. Like forcing everyone to appreciate good music. Everyone's been too desensitized. My faves btw is Teamwork, the Hot Spots header pic (which i helped test a week before you posted it, and i didn't realize it lol), and the Armor Mixup. The last one specifically because most of it is my armor.
