I will try not to search youtube for the locations of the skulls. I did that last time, and although it was still fun getting the skulls, I felt bad afterwards because I cheated. This time will hopefully be different. I'm going to actually search for them myself... er.. actually with the official Mexican/American Skull Searching Party lol. But about the maps.. I have a bad feeling that Assembly will be the perfect map for HLG. If any one you guys has ever run into them, it's pretty retarded.
Hidden League Gaming They're main focus in a match is to gain the lead, and then hide so you can't find them for the rest of the match. It's very frustrating. So, now do you think Assembly will be the perfect map for them? Just watch some videos, and you'll probably see some crazy spots that you know they can get to. It's scary.
Wait, I'm gone from this thread for a few hours and we found a skull on a map that hasn't been released? Dang. Nice find bluejay, but I'm not 100% convinced. It cold just be a spot on the glass? Or an odd colouration of the video.
Wasn't my Find but why would there be a splotch just randomly placed in the glass? I might remind you that this is in space too!
Guys, you do realize that this is a thread about Assembly and Orbital, right? If you want to just talk about the skulls, make a thread for it. (yes, the skulls have to do with the said maps, but it's still really off topic).
Another point I forgot to make, thank you for bringing it up. You would need to break the glass to get it... and you're in space. Ever seen the Alien move were the gigantic monster gets sucked through a tiny hole? I doubt the glass is breakable.
But we tachnically are talking about Orbital and Assembly. Look at the Sandbox thread and what they talk about in there. Its most likely just going to be a turret glitch, but maybe something is different...
I honestly don't think you will have to perform any sort of glitch to get the skulls. Bungie doesn't support glitching (just look at all of the hiding spots they've blocked so far.) Which is also the reason I don't think that is really the skull behind that glass.
Or like someone said earlier, there could be a secret tunnel somewhere in the map, or you might have to do something, like with a certain order of switches, or something like that.
Seriusly? Its oertaining to Orbital, hence the name of this thread. If we were to make a new thread solely on speculation, how do you think that would work? We would get the exact opposite of your reply. Not only that, it would provoke spam, deeming it should be in this thread. Thank you for at least endorsing my past theory. I think not. Bungie wouldn't put it in such a noticeable spot, for it to be such a popular trick to obtain. Bungie had to create a subliminal access path, or something of the sort.
The Orbital skull has not been found. You're seeing something you WANT to see, but it's really just nothing. I can't imagine that's it.
But this is a screenshot, and you may not be able to see it when actually playing a game because of the angle and where the skull rests.
Or maybe he found it, and you're wrong. We don't really know and we can't really know until it comes out, so there is no point in just flat out telling him he's wrong. On a side note, I think that BlueJay may be right about the turret glitch. I'm not saying 100% thats how you get the skull, but the idea based on the assumed location of the skull is spot on.
First of all, if that IS the skull, you'd be able to pick it up just by jumping up toward the glass. A few tan pixels are found and everyone freaks out. Stop speculating and just wait until the maps come out. It's not the skull.
First off, I never confirmed it was. Second, someone claimed that Bungie has deleted said video with skull in it. Third off, have you ever heard anticipation without speculation? Its ludicrous. If you say that in this thread, might as well take it down to the sandbox Discussion thread. We're are utilizing the purpose of this thread, and making educated guesses. It is acceptable.
Maybe I wasn't specific enough. I didn't mean stop speculating completely. I meant speculation regarding something so frivolous and unlikely is pointless.
If you have read my comments, they were not pertaining to that theorized location. I was just discussing my opinion on how we will obtain the skull(s). Regardless if it is there.
First, I doubt you would be able to pull it through the glass. I mean I just really doubt it. Can you pull weapons through walls on other maps? No. That isn't a valid point to keep anyone from beliving that the skull is right outside the map on the glass. Second, Why not speculate? This thread is for the speculation, discussion, and ideas for Orbital and Assembly. Speculating is exactly what should go on in this thread. It would be spam if we posted it in the Sandbox thread, and if we created a new thread about it TSB would lock it and tell us to go here. (Great job keeping down the new threads so fast by the way TSB) Third, read my previous comments about how telling us thats definetly NOT the skull isn't valid.
