If this is just a photoshop, its a very cool one and props to the maker. If the golf club is really like a flag/grav hammer, I shall make a montage of its awesome sexy coolness.
I think that golf is just for monitor mode only. It really only makes sense that it is; not too much in favor of the picture being real if you think about it. I doubt Bungie would want to re-skin a gravity hammer; besides that would be too powerful for golf and wouldn't be very controllable. If it was a flag re-skinned, that could also be a problem because they would have to drastically alter its appearance. As for the green and the hole, that is very clearly NOT a tin cup.
Oh, well I posted exactly what the person I got it from posted lol EDIT: It is definitely real. The person I got it from told me not to post the user's Bungie.net profile (where he found the screenshot), but I can definitely tell you it's real.

Guys, I don't want to post it as I will be breaking a promise, but I can confirm that it is indeed real. I wouldn't lie about it lol Even if you don't think it's a big deal and I should just post it anyway, I just don't want to go against what I promised.
I think we might possibly have a geomerging object in the tin cup, though it might be hard to use. Just a thought but the hole might sink into the ground slightly for the golf ball.
Is this big enough for you guys? The reason for not posting the fileshare link is because I'm not sure if he was supposed to put this up. Someone else put a picture up of the towers shooting beams from their light on someone who was outside of the map boundary in their recent screenshots, and while he quickly covered it up with other screenshots, he still had his Recon armor taken away (which he won at PAX, not sure how he got the maps). I don't want the site/person associated with this gamertag to get punished in any way.
Where did you find conformation? And off topic: I just saw a thread on the B.net forums (I rarely get on there anymore), and people still don't know about the crypt... it's sad, really.
from the pics im looking at. crypt has the grid as well (looks clean against the flat floor) banshees can fly in the crypt if this is what i think it is, the hole from the map proper into the crypt is slightly bigger than 1 man. furthermore, another pic makes it look like one of those pegs shown in the updates is sticking into the ground, which makes me think its the same entrance. also, this peg is approximately the size of one square on the grid.
