Well I am making a series of maps (theres going to be 5 probaly) that train your jumping skills. The name of the project is jumping 101 map pack. Right now I am developping a map for ghost edges and equipment jumps. I am going to have many tests with this map and such so it will take about a week or two to have the map pack up but tell me what you think of this idea.
That actually sounds pretty cool. I dont know of anybody who actually makes maps just to train people to jump. I have seen very cool jump videos on youtube that people can actually use to their advantage in a simple matchmaking game. I would love to see where you take this.

Yes, Hone Your Jump is an excellent example of a jumping map. It provided me with a challenge. It is also very well made, and includes a checkpoint system. Make sure that when making your jumping map you make it look good. Just because it is a jumping map doesn't mean it can't haz interlox. I don't think I have seen a map train the Ghost Edge technique yet. I'm still trying to master it so if you do make a map, I'll download it for sure! In order to Ghost Edge Jump do you have to have Toggle Crouch on or off? I still haven't figured this out yet.
you have to have it off other wise Ghost edge with toggle on= epic failure But I'm almost done with the ghost edge and equipment jump training map. The jumps I am going to make the maps for are ghost edges and equipment jumps, brute shot jumps and plasma jumps and thats all i got for now.

Woah, plasma jumps? lol I'd like to see where this goes. I can nade jump and crouch jump, and the occasion equipment, but I cannot ghost jump.
Whats the difference between a nad and a plasma? ive used both and they feel the same. What is a ghost jump?
So that's why I haven't been able to Ghost Edge jump!? I epic fail... Try sticking in some of those jumps where you have to jump around a corner! Those really get me frustrated.
