I got a few: Halo 3 - Mongoose Mowdown - Definitely the hardest of the Halo 3 bunch, getting splatters with a mongoose is hard...but in Lone Wolves, forget it... Crackdown - Free Runner - This requires the player to find and collect all 500 agility orbs in the game's open world city...some are pretty tough to find, and some require a certain agility level to even obtain. Guitar Hero 3 - The Human Achievement - Beating TTFAF is damn near impossible for me...I can only get 1%...LOL
COD4 - The Mile High club actually only took me 2 tries to get, I thought the second last level on veteran was the hardest. Halo 3 - Mongoose Mowdown. I can also already tell that the perfection, killtacular, and extermination medals are going to be hard as **** to get on the new maps.

Hardest one I've seen is beat dead space on hard difficulty which is the hardest. I'm working on it but it is freakin hard. I keep running out of ammon and you get screwed over.
I don't know about you guys but I think the Two for one achievement is pretty hard. Well at least for me, I have done this several times in matchmaking but, I have a 41 or 42 in Lone Wolves. So in my opinion it is pretty hard.

My hardest achivment that I unlocked would be the "Bagged NilZ's mom in bed" from the game IRL Finaly got it last night while NilZ was sleeping.
grand-pearl pooh-bah, mile high club from cod4, Vidmaster annual from halo3, brass balls from bioshock, One free bullet from the orange box, and "there's No I in squad!" from battlefield bad company. also "I am bad company!" and the little space man one from the orange box. Also i got mongoose mowdown within my first week or so of having live, try driving the one at the bottom of high ground up the hill and splattering the retard inevitably trying to grab the rockets. that's what i did. Also i challenge anyone to get the look both ways achievment on a mongoose, i allmost did it once!
The Annuel Achievement for Halo 3. One of my friends kept falling at the end with the ghosts. It took us 3 hours to complete. I was so freaking mad at him.
I actually did get the look both ways achievement on a mongoose, and on ghost town too! It was super epic, I went down the ramp and got two guys coming under the bridge, turned around got another guy who had jumped down. turned the corner and got someone who had just spawned by the tunnels, then turned around again and got the final splatter by someone going for invis. it was saweet!
No man,lol,I have already beaten it on all four of my accounts,it is so easy if you get people that are serious about it. My hardest acheivement would have to be beating mirrors edge on expert,so hard or it could be beating throgh the fire and flames on expert on guitar hero
The hardest achivement I have seen would have to be the Guitar Hero: World Tour achievement, the one where you have to beat the game on expert.
5-Starring all of GH2's Hard Career. ****ing carry me home. Im stuck on it. Got 2k from starring it. I gave up. I also find the 'kick the bucket' one hard. GH2 achievments were hard in general. Now Jordan on expert? yeah. no.

Little Rocket Man30 Send the garden gnome into space. This is the hardest achievement i have actually gotten. If the description doesn't seem hard then you haven't played the game. You will find this gnome at the beginning of the game and you must carry it with your gravity cannon while battling helicopters and strider's. You will carry it while wading through toxic waste and zombies after you. then when you get to the end of the game you must put the gnome in the rocket at the VERY last level. I have a friend who did this but forgot to put him in the rocket. Haven't seen him on this game since.
