Ya, tried playing Cov. again and just can't do it right, doesn't fit my style. Besides, Vultures pwn and are easier to make than a scarab.
I played the demo. The only problem I had with it was the camera. It would have been nice if it could zoom in a little more, and if its controls weren't so slippery, at least for me.
I've beat the covenant with the UNSC on heroic without a single unit being destroyed. If anyone can do this, hats off to you.
I played the game (finally) and thought it was very fun, if a little bit short. I loved the CGI, though the elites were ugly. I liked the controls, though they were a little bit clunky at times. Basically everything good came with something bad. I'm going to get the full game, but hopefully not all of the missions will be as short as the two you got to play.
Lol, probably. The Mac Blast is insane when fully upgraded. So is the Prophet of Regret once you fully upgrade his laser.
Well RTS doesn't focus on Campaign and story. Someone said their will only be 15 missions, and I saw the next one, so it looks like a short campaign experience.
I'm pretty sure that the game is focused on its multiplayer... There's a lot of multiplayer maps for a game like this, plus 3 vs 3? I definately want the full game to experience that.
I just felt the missions were a little bit short. I would build up my massive army and send them into battle, and it would be over in like 5 minutes. I'm going to go play the skirmish thing, maybe that will fill in were the campaign left something wanting.
My best game so far is winning UNSC vs Covenent on Heroic in 3:13. Someone try to beat that. I also heard that they are adding legendary difficulty. Thank god for that... Heroic is way too easy.
Does anybody know why the got rid of the old elite look, and used a new ugly one? Seriously the Arbiter was the ugliest thing I've ever seen in a video game.
They didn't get rid of anything. The Elites we're used to are made by Bungie with an in game engine. The ones you see are Elites made by a Taiwanise company in CGI.
I know, I was just saying they made them look terrible. The grunts were nice, like halo 2 grunts and the Jackals and Hunters were cool. The Elites were just ugly.
