When I try to create a map for an Assault game type it always spawns two other bomb spawns when I only want a single neutral one. How do I go about having just the one spawn point?
Uhm... what about using the gametype neutral assault? Works for me. Or just delete all but one spawn.
You can't just place a neutral bomb spawn because the game won't let you potentially break the gametype. It has to have all three. Just put the Defender/Attacker bomb spawns off of your map's playable area if you're concerned about confusing people where the bomb is.
Ok... My very first map used one bomb spawn, and it actually worked. And @ guy with problem: Just try everything ...
Set the bomb you want to be neutral to "asymetric" and change the other two to symetric. When you play neutral assualt only the asymetric one with spawn. Fix'd.
Then your map is broken. Try regular Assault and it will probably end the game immediately in a tie. Actually, Neutral Assault is a symmetrical game. One Bomb is an example of an asymmetric game. Doing what you're suggesting probably won't work right either.
