You can download torrents through dTunes. That's why. You can download free albums and music through direct links and torrents. =] Plus movies for free too. Lol... So yeah, that's why. Either way I got rid of it anyway. It's pretty pointless when you do all that on your computer anyway xD Anyway, here's some new shots of it lol. As you can tell I like this theme. And you can see what I meant about deleting apps and downloading apps. Right now I'm in my CBF stage where I only download an APP if it looks really good. So my current APPS are ons you should check out for sure. Lol Pengy, even if it ****s up your iPhone, you can restore it xD It's impossible to break an iPhone unless you physically destroy it. There's like a built in recovery button thing for iPhones/iTouches. You hold down the Home and Lock button for like 20 seconds and it will tell you to plug it into iTunes and you're up and running again =] It's not that big of a risk TBH. And not hard at all. In fact, no risk at all. EDIT: Here's another perk of jailbreaking;
it is... I get 1GB of data a month... and I use data alot and i've barely used any... The original iPhone plans came with 6GB of data... srsly... what are you going to do with 6GB?... :|
What's wrong with Limewire? It's the single best way to destroy your computer. Even if you find the song you want, there is an incredibly high chance it has a virus and/or spyware in it. So once you play it you're ****ed. Then there's all the ads you get when you search for a song. Then there's the fact that you could search for a completely innocent song, download it what do you have? Granny porn... Bah, torrents are the only way to download the stuff you want. You can read reply's on anything you want to download and there are almost always people that reply telling you if there is a virus in it or not. Anyway, if you MUST use Limewire, you should be using Frostwire. It's by the same company that made Limewire, but it doesn't have the government tracking your ass down. Limewire is basically a way of begging your ass to be fined/jailed.
Actually, you just have to know what to download. You just look at the song, and there's ways of telling if it's legit or not. And I don't see any ads on my LimeWire. Except for the one to update to Pro, but it's only when you open it. And it doesnt bother me. The last time I ended up downloading porn through limewire because of a song, wasn't even with limewire. It was a program called Morpheus. Anyone remember that? 2001, 2002. You just have to be really dumb to get adware through it, which is the case for some people. I use it, and have no problems with it, nor do I get adware or porn.
