My Conquest map peek

    So this is what I've got so far. I'm mainly posting this to show to GdBluedevil and will update it for him and y'all to see.

    The picture below is of me leaving the spawn room. I'm not going to show a picture of it, because it's dome shaped and hard to take a picture of.

    Here i just turned around so you can see where I'm coming from. There is no roof, but I have all my bridges left so they will serve as one. The roof will probably be as high as the single open box and interlocked into the top of it.

    Here is an overview of the unfinished symmetrical side. You can see the first room better that way.

    Another picture of the unfinished side. The window thingy is not built. There is no single box or shield door either. Just like the other side, no roof yet.

    Those are the two beginning hallways so far. I'm going to leave a lot of the middle part to gd so right now it's very bare and pictures would be pointless until I work on it more.

    See the two rooms that the ramps go down into? There's really nothing in them right now.

    Me likey but we'll have to close off the roof.

    Can you post another pic showing what angle the double wall stairs lead too cmpared to the bases? That will help a lot with my plans :)

    So far it looks like a symmetrical slayer map or something.
    It looks really well interlocked though and I thin you have some stiff competition
    Goatnuts and the guy who made vanguard have really amazing maps already.

    You know, that guy who made the map in my sig. The totally enclosed map. With a roof.

    Also, map looks good. May be a little too long ranged, may want to cut down on LoS a little, because from what I have seen Conquest is supposed to be relatively close quarters.

    Well, it's basically an m shaped hallway. I don't see how I can get it any closer quarters.

    I dont know, I just thought the second territorry rooms looked kinda big, but now looking back at them they look fine. Sorry for that.

    Also, the x that is separtating the 2 bases, we will need to widen that and mabey have it more toward the center not the end. And mabey have some fence walls so you can see through :)

    Shield doors probably aren't the best for conquest mate. I'm not aware of any rule against them but as far as I've seen they've never been used unless merged with a fence wall to provide something you can look through but not shoot through.

    I'd suggest checking with Predicide and AZN FTW on that.

    Me and Gd have decided to redo those rooms so you do not need the shield doors to prevent spawn killing.

    Looks like a great map, and I love the curving of the Double Boxes. Although I gave up due to being afraid of what the Premiums are cooking up for us. I find this map very interesting and hope to see it finished before the turn in time.

    Keep up the good work, and no matter what. Don't give up like I did!
