How do you save a map so it is overloaded(to remove Gaurdians and Lifts) so that when ever you load it up they are gone, and then how do you un-overload it when you are done.

You can not save an overloaded map. I mean, you can, but it is not overloaded any more. If you start a new round, it is not overloaded, too. And you can not un-overload a map except starting a new round/ending the game.

    Are you certain??

I've heard that is how people have built maps in the cave of Avalnache and I was curious how to do it.

The cave in Avalanche? Ok sir lemme clear this up, you don't need Avalanche to be overloaded to forge in the cave. I'm hoping you are speaking of the mid-indoor section of the map with the two Mancannons jutting over the chasm because you certainly do not need to overload the map, just make a hella lot **** float. Hopefully this cleared up some confusion.

I was referring to use it to shut down the man-cannons in the middle of the map.

The only way I've been able to stop the lifts on Avalanche is to use a constantly respawning tripmine. As far as I know there haven't been any posted 'clean' Avalanche maps with them turned off. There is Archeopterix by Cosmic Rick that already has the lifts blocked off if you want to use it.

I have heard that if you spawn a lot of objects and place them somewhere else on the map it overloads it. But it's probably really laggy the whole time.

^^That's what I was talking about. An assload of active tripmines will overload just about any map.

I'm pretty sure geomerging a box or something of the sort into the cannon may stop it. I'm not sure really, I've no experience with mancannon merges.
