    This is the first real map ive created on the Halo 3 forge feature so go easy on me... It took me around 8-10 hours over the past 2 days to create.

    Alpha zombie traits:
    2000% Damage resistance
    3X Overshields
    25% Movement speed
    100% Gravity
    No shield recharge rate
    Instant kill
    Forced colour: White

    Zombie traits:
    100% Damage resistance
    No Shields
    200% Movement speed
    100% Gravity
    Normal Shield recharge rate
    Instant kill
    Forced colour: Black


    The game begins with one player becoming an alpha zombie (the 'TANK'), and the rest humans, both humans and the tank spawn in the hall on the ground floor of the Spiral, facing each other.

    Using two turrets and limited weapons/ammunition in the hall the humans have to decrease as much of the tanks health as posible before he reaches them.

    View from the end of the first coridoor:

    Once the tank reaches the humans in the hall they have to move on to the first coridoor before they become infected and turn into a zombie. (A tank minion)

    Once again the humans have to climb up to the next coridoor before they either run out of ammo or before the tank reaches them.

    The next coridoor only consists of one weapon... A sniper rifle which can be used to snipe down into the hall from a row of windows if the humans defeated the tank in the previous coridoor.

    If not the humans have to turn the corner and make thier way to the end of coridoor number 3, where a turret gun is situated, the humans will also find a rocket launcher and another window looking over the hall.

    View looking from the teleporter to the end of the fourth coridoor:

    The fourth and final coridoor. [Hint: Or is it?] The humans reach this coridoor by going thorugh the teleporter at the end of the third coridoor. The doorways are blocked up by A and B signs, and the entrances to the two rooms are blocked up by insta-death teleporters. In this last coridoor the humans will find themselves a nice supply of power weapons, granades and a plasma cannon, aswell as an unlimited supply of trip mines and 2 other pieces of equipment.

    REMEMBER: Work as a team, and use all of your equipment wisely. Oh and also good luck finding the hiden coridoor.

    Any glitches or bugs or gameplay issues you find please inform me via PM so i can make fixes for a V2.

    Sooo, its fatkid, plain and simple right. I don't see anything special in this one, just a few hallways, with weapons. Is it one of those shoot, and then retreat, go to next level, shoot then retreat kinda thing.??

    So it's pretty much another fat kid map?

    It's not that bad of a map, it's neatly forged too. Gameplay looks like it will be smooth as well. But you won't get much attention because it's fat kid. However, it's probably one of the best fat kid maps I've ever seen. Good job on your first map.

    4/5 for casual maps in general, 5/5 for fat kid maps.

    so basicly,the humans have to kill a slow zombie,and havemore than enough to do that.sorry but i dont like fatkid maps and this is just a bad remake.1/5

    nice map, well done too because its your first map also this looks much better then all the fat kid maps and my version of fatkid which is boss but i think this map is well better

    Cant the humans just stay on the turrets since they are infinite ammo?

    Sure, but the tank will reach them if there are only two turrets shooting at him.

    even tho this is your first map u have released i think you have had either alot of practice of alot of help lol

    Yeah ive messed about a few times before in forge with some friends, and before making this map tested out some forge techniques which i picked up from video tutorials.

    It seems like a fairly decent map... pretty good for a first, but there are some things it could use.
    1. Some basic interlocking, you don't need to do any really challenging interlocking, but maybe merging some of the boxes would make it look more clean and traverse better.
    2. Maybe some shots of ppl playing it, so we get a better idea of how it plays
    3. More scenery would be cool

    Anyway, it's a good start for an aspiring map maker... next you should try a map for competitive gametypes like slayer, oddball, CTF, etc.

    ummm this is strange because i saw a map exactly like this one a couple months ago. i am not saying you stole the map but the map and gametype are very unoriginal. Sorry but i will not download. good first map post btw im happy to see a recruit with pics in their post.

    Thanks for all the feedback guys i appreciate it.

    I've interlocked all of the bottem layer of boxes and alot of the coridoors are interlocked aswell as the corners of the surounding wall at the top, i agree on more scenery i guess it does look a little bland and plain. Also perhaps ill come up with a more original game type for a V2 or atleast change the gametype, and thank you for your feedback.

    Very nice map with the interlocks,definatly the best fat kid map ive ever seen,looks like a lot of fun good job.

    it has a fatkid feal, but most fatkid maps have bad interlocking and merging. from what i can see you went the other way on that, 4/5

    Doesn't look too shabby to be honest, even if it is one of those hated fat kid maps.

    For improvements i think you should:

    Reduce the amount of explosive weaponry
    The tanks health
    The amount of turrets
    Increase the ""Tank's" overall speed to 50%

    This way it takes a bit of accuracy and teamwork to take down the tank so its no way near as frustrating as the original fat kid maps, with these changes this could be quite a fun map.
