i decided to make some effect guides so... here they are! lol well first you'll want to know what the fire and ice rooms are well there the 2 rooms that appear in when you come out of the teleporters on avalanche. the icy room is the blue one and the fire room is the rock color one lol the part you take the pictures from are under the glass. for a firey effect like this go into the fire room(or some people call it the rock room) with juicy on and throw a spike grenade at the wall behind the guy posing for the pic and there you have it! easy right? and for a water effect like this go into the icy room with juicy and gloomy(i think) on and throw a fire bomb grenade and look through the fire at your guy posing for the pic lol there you have it people if you want to know how to do any effect just ask me and i'll try to find out how to do it and post it here.
wow that's some pretty nice stuff! eh don't give away all your screenshot-making skillz/techniques you know! XD jk, it's fine, but that's pretty creative use of making background stuff.
I was just wondering: do u have the avalanche variant with the spawn points in the ice room and rock room? Ive been looking, and couldn't find it, and i tried getting in there with forge. i can get in, but i want to do it in customs. you can send me a PM if you like. 1. This is one of the coolest shots I've seen in a long, long time. 2. Great use of the Brute Shot, it really adds to the fluidity of the shot 3. Thank you for sharing what techniques you have used. Most people keep it to themselves.
The rooms would be located by rocket spawn,Hard to explain you will see.Great guide I like the Fire one better than the Ice one.Love it!
thank you for the tutorial. but how to do you get under the floor into the picture room? i tryed a receiver and it didn't work.
I really love these pictures! I think its great that you haven't just plastered on some pointless effects which make the picture look awful, you actually used the natural background of a map instead with just a subtle effect. Not only this but you've gone against the cheesy normal of using snipers and swords and used some more mostly unused weapons like the brute shot. 5/5. The greatest screenshot of it's type I have seen for a long time.
