    Okay, Xaviera is a small map made for two to six people. It works with Slayer, Oddball, and KOTH. It is shaped somewhat like a T with two hallways curving down towards the bottom like this: (T) (except for the fact that the hallways are shaped in more of a cubic way, not curved) In the center, there is an active camo, in front of a little pocket where the rockets spawn. It has long lines of sight, so the snipers can be a nice little friend to have.

    Thanks, but the thing is, this is only my 3rd enclosed map. And if you want to improve in that area, play more custom games on small maps. That is what i do. Once you learn how small maps play and how to use their geometry and items to your advantage, you must incorporate that knowledge into your map when forging.

    Wow that waterfall idea is simply epic i see that this looks very playable but there is one problem you didn't leave any description of the map so i dont really know alot about it but anyways good work and keep forging.

    okay, no one has been a ReRe so far and posted about how it is escapable. okay now onto the serious matters:
    the lone geomerge is slightly obscure, or lone as I can see, maybe take a few pics inside with the roof on... this is a pontentially great map, also with that lone geomerge, you could have put it upside down and made it smoother, great symmetry, but not enough interlocking on the walls of the map, a flamethrower would dominate here also with the regenerator, you need some thing that works against it, or get rid of it, on this map I would suggest that you put a power drain, as both teams would go for the flamethrower and regen, and then what comes after is pure, undeniable manslaughter.

    Some good things about this map are that you didn't put plasma grenades, if you had then the teams would throw them into the "water" and they would bounce and there you have an instant trap, I like the pure aesthetics of the waterfall in the cage, one thing you could have done with the river is kept it goin behind the waterfall, or, put a box behind it so it looks like it is going down the wall, I don't get the point of the back part with the wall sticking up, why is that there, does the roof go up and mold around it?

    maybe show a close up of the weapon spawns so that you can see where to find everything the name is interesting but I see no need for this name, does it mean something? if so please share, I will help test if you would like. overall a nice map...
    weapon placement: cannot really see where the are so I cannot review this.
    merging: 3/5 try to add more and try to straighten up that one I can see from the pictures.
    interlocking: 5/5 good interlocking, maybe a tad more but the stuff you have is very good
    originality: 3/5 people have thought of the water a million times before try to create a one-of-a-kind thing, like the bayonetwork bridge.

    Wow, thanks for all of the terrific ideas. Off to forge :) I also will add some more pics with roof on.

    Looks like it could work for conquest or territories or MAYBE ffa, but otherwise it looks very cramped. Good aesthetics. I have to test the gameplay however. 4/5

    I doubt that it would work for conquest, seeing as how in conquest, i would think that there should only be one hallway to get to the center territory. Yes, ffa will work for this map.

    It looks fairly nice but it is all one level add some more ledges ramps,etc and the map would flow a lot better. I can see on some parts you were lazy and just dropped down a crate or window panel. I also don't like how there is a way to get cornered. Try having 2-3 ways to each point. 3/5

    I really like the waterfall idea, although it seems as easy as a Grenade jump to get outside of the map. The layout is nice, but a bit small, and overpowered with the use of the sniper rifle. The map has some nice aesthetics, although you did seems a bit lazy on some of the interlocking. I will try to download and test out the gameplay with some of my friends. For now, 3.5/5

    hey man i checked this out (might've been an earlier version, idk was on ur fileshare for a bit) and it looks really good for some 2v2 action ya know!? hope it gets featured and nominated for one of those forgehub 2v2 tournament maps. oh and btw, i think some people didn't realize that your pics are from viewing the map from above, where you took the ceiling off. i think someone said ur game was breakable and was because they saw no roof? well if that was what it was, well there u go i guess, so maybe you could capture the gameplay a lot better with screenshots from the inside of the map. eh and if you wanted, me and fighter would be willing to play a 2v2 game with ya and u could save the film and make a video out of it if ya wanted, then i think you'd have a great shot at getting this featured! well just lemme know, and well nice job on the map, looks really clean, nice merging, nice creative design and layout. i like the shield door stuff, veh-nice, veh-nice indeed.

    I am not a big fan of making more than one level for my maps that aren't open. And you are right, i was a bit lazy, and in v 2, i plan on geomerging a fence wall diagonally and putting a shield door in the same place instead of the window panel.


    Sigh... Once again, Pics with roof REMOVED!!!


    Thanks crusader, that would be great if you and fighter could 2v2 with me and a friend. That would be nice if it would be for the 2v2 tournament, but i think that that's already over... I'll p.m. you about the time that we would play on it.

    This is a good map 5/5 but I'm just wondering why you don't have any covenant weapons? It seems a little racist. Just and 2 Plasma Rifles and that's it. Oh yeah since the map is a cubic structure maybe you should replace the snipers with some thing else or the map might be some what overpowered. Anyways still 5/5

    ROFLWAFFLE :) racist idk, i just don't really think that covy weapons are to good. The plasma rifle is good for taking down shields, but when you bring the guy you're shooting down to no shield, it takes forever to finish him off. Also, it can mean that it takes about 1/2 of a second to take down shield, then take a quick beatdown. Can you say: Noob Combo?

    that is so true dude... dualie plasma rifles or dualie anything basically = noob combo, do like just a couple shots for half a second and beat down! i guess you could do that on your map if you wanted, but you already got dualie smgs (can't do as well as dualie plasmas, but still better than assault rifle then beat down of course) also, personally i think sniper is fine even though it is a close-ranged map, could get some no scoping practice in too/quick scoping/ whatever scoping you do. weapons are pretty fine already, i'd say. :D

    lol, even though the map is small, it has long lines of sight, making the sniper fairly useful.

    this map was pretty fun 2v2 i had a blast playing it with you and your friends 4/5
