How do I do it? I know it involves trip mines, but I can't seem to get enough on the map before they blow up. I need to remove those mancannons temporarily to float an object. Thanks in advance.

first set the trip mines on instant respawn. then stand on top of them and keep throwing them. if they blow up and it doesn't overload, just get two people to throw them and set down two trip mines. good luck. and also sometimes, it won't overload till the trip mines explode, and some of the items you place will temporarily dissapear. so don't stand on a box floating over a chasm when you overload the map.

Trip mines shouldn't explode unless something bumps into them...
Unfortunately, trip mines seem to be the only way, sorrr.

They automatically explode after 90 seconds.

In that case, get multiple people to do it.

That's not true. I've placed trip mines multiple times in custom games that have lasted for 30+ minutes, and my trip mines were still there by the end of the game.

Try placing some boxes and throwing the trips mines from the elevated position(Atop the boxes), or from a naturally elevated piece of terrain. Dunno why but it always works that way for me.

Just do the instant respawn thing but to throw them faster on your own, get another weapon and right after you throw a mine, switch weapons and throw andother then rinse and repeat. That way you can throw faster.

You can either do THIS. Or you can Overload the map using a different techinique.

Step 1: Go in Forge mode and go to the equipement pallet.

Step 2: STAY STILL!!! Do not look around or move.

Step 3: Keep spawing equipement. Grenades, Bubble Shields, Etc...

Step 4: Keep spawning untill the mancannon is disabled. If you do not know if it is active or disabled, get another controller and sign in a guest.

    And there you have it.

I have overloaded many many maps before. The mines automatically go off after 90 seconds. Stand really close to the man-cannon for better effect.

Also trip mines are not th only way. It can actually be done with any piece of equiptment.
