I was looking around the new pic released of orbital for clues and found on one of the computer screens on the top-right section there is a map of some sort. I believe this to be an official overview of Orbital. Going into paint right now to get a closeup. Edit: Here's the closeup, sorry about the quality though. I'm thinking the special unlockable jump is in the bottom right corner.
It's hard to tell. I don't know much about Orbital (less than what is out there). Is it an asymmetrical map? I thought it was symmetrical.
I'm pretty sure it's assymetrical, but things can change. I'm just guessing anyway, but it is convincing.

I doubt it. It looks like a shot of an egged-shape structure. The computer screen next to it shows New Mombasa. Maybe a code for Halo 3:ODST?
Playahata, you mean the structure I'm talking about? I think it looks more of a pit shaped room, where you might fall to your death, but upon getting to the other side of it hitting a switch that juts platforsm out you can jump on. That sort of thing.

*is kinda disappointed* I don't personally like the way it looks at all, but for all I know it could play really well. We'll see what else Bungie shows us. They tend to save the best till last.
Probably Sandbox, a bigger and better Forge map; or Longshore, which is predicted to be a remake of Halo 2's Headlong, Relic, or just a new urban map.
Wow, this map gives me mass nostalgia from the H2 campaign levels Armory and Cairo Station. Seriously, from the description I bet its at the top of the mac gun from Cairo Station.
Orbital is actually in the orbital tether that fell in New Mombasa. You can look out the windows and see Mombasa.
