I don't see the difference in a person with or without a circumscized *****. Though I would understand that an uncircumcised ***** might surprise a girl seeing the commonality of a circumcised one. As Camofo said it has its advantages, more sexual pleasure, but its disadvantages, you need to clean it often. I also don't see an uncircumcised one to have a higher risk of getting diagnosed with an STD. As someone said, even if a circumcised one has un-protected sex with a partner who has an STD, then it will also receive it as much as the uncircumcised one did. Really, I don't see the need for circumcision besides the more convenient ejaculating (I think it would be? I don't know if an uncircumcised penises foreskin covers the top) and not having to clean it regularly. Though I do want my child's to be uncircumcised.
When a woman is circumsized, their ****** is sewed shut so that they don't have sex until they are married (to prevent pre-marrital sex) and when they do finally have intercourse, the man must use scissors (or a tool, I don't know) and cut it open. It will bleed drastically and hurt the female really bad. It is only to pleasure the man. I learned this from a friend who learned it in English class.
What you're referring to isn't circumcision, it's genital mutilation. Women are having their clitoris's forcibly removed in an attempt to keep them faithful to their husbands. It's reprehensible and a huge difference between that and turning the extra flesh on your ***** into a pork rind when you're an infant.
Not exactly, its basically the opposite. Their sealing it off, when they need it. Pretty sick in my opinion, but thats my opinion. I wouldn't want my daughter to feel like that the rest of her life.
Does circumcision prevent you from having intercourse? No, so I don't see why you would think the two are comparable. In keeping with my Jewish heritage, I will of course have a B'rit Milah for my male child(ren).
Edit: Nervermind, I see. At the end I stated uncircumcised, when I meant circumcized. Thank you for realizing that.
No. Imagine gaining no pleasure at all (read: not cumming) as a woman has sex with you. That's essentially what's happening with the women in question. It's a very big difference from what your dong looks like when you take a piss.
Haha, Linu, that made me laugh. I'm sitting here, blah blah circumcision, "How would Adam and Eve do it." My family is staring at me now. OT: So is female circumcision not actually circumcision but just genital mutation?
Bolded part is an opinion. While opinions are the basis of debate, that particular opinion is slightly short of credible. If you're challenging God's decision to give us the foreskin; then, I would first tell you that you're contradicting yourself because you don't believe in God, and tell you secondly that it's present for a reason unknown to me and an irrelevant pursuit to my salvation. If you're trying to use your non-understanding of His reasoning as a means for belittling His reasoning in the first place; then, that's also not very credible. If you're honestly just curious; then, I would take a wild guess and say the most obvious answer. Jews were God's chosen nation, as I'm sure you know. As was mentioned, circumcision was required of them. My Bible tells me to not be like the world. That is, Christians should not blend in; they should be obviously in pursuit of godliness. I believe the same would apply for Jews of that day, and circumcision could have been a means of setting Jews apart from others. Now, why Jews could have waved their genitalia around to show their designation as Jews, I haven't the foggiest; but, I suppose that's why I'm a roofer and not a historian.
Okay this may just be awkward, but one of my friends is uncircumsized. He says that the extra skin allows for a more 'sensational' sensation. On the other hand, he has to clean more thoroughly so that dirt doesn't get trapped and cause an infenction. As to the latter part, well that's just your opinion.
1. Of course its my opinion it came out of my mouth. 2. The "obviously more intelligent" phrase was sarcasm. As in, "god is smarter than us, so why are we correcting his creation?" You need to read between the lines.
2, simple points- 1-I know this isn't really about Adam and Eve, but they never existed anyway. 2-It should be someones choice wether they wish to be circumcised or not, and they should not be brought up thinking that it is right to do so. That makes it not really their choice.
Way to bring religion into this. This debate is about your opinion of circumcision, not your beliefs. The titles there really just for a persuasion factor, not for debating. I believe in Adam and Eve for that is my religion. You obviously don't but you should of executed that in another way, because now it makes you look like a douche to me.
Does it make you a douche to proclaim Jesus exists? The issue of religion is very prevalent in this topic.
No, it does not. But religious debates are forbidden, I believe? And he blatantly accused Adam and Eve of never existing, without even saying that is my beliefs, or something of the sort. And I see a very big difference between discussing religion, and criticizing it.
That statement doesn't make sense. I don't know if you know this, but circumcision happens as an infant, not as a young adult or older. Unless you are going to ask the baby whether or not they want their foreskin and wait for a slight coo which would indicate yes or no, I don't see how you could have the choice. Also, if you are not circumcised, then you were obviously brought up thinking that circumcision is wrong or unnecessary because it was your parents' choice.
