Well if you look close enough you can see the letters are indeed weapons so all you do is make a word with wepons and than make a screenshot effect that blurs it a little so you cant see the actual weapons
This looks photoshopped which means illegal to fileshare. Anyone agree.. it doesn't even look possible ingame.
I have seen these before. I think that all you do is make a word out of weapons on blackout and then use different screen fixes/lighting effects to achieve the desired affect.
Like the others said, you will also need the correct type of filters and explosions at the same time to make it blur/glow enough. In the pic, the bottom left corner looks like he shot fire and the bottom left looks like an explosion of some sort. The white circles around look like particles from a frag, plasma, etc.
Ah i experimented with this last night, youll need certain FX on and a little muzzle flash from a little gun.
theres an FX that creates blur (nova i think) and the rainbow is from a flare. ppl do this a lot. flares make colors all loopy when they are activated

I think those are bubbles, like from a Regen. Unless you think grenades blow up into perfect spheres. Lying on the internet makes me think your soo cool
Plasma grenades have sparks I think. But I remember that if you slow mo a frag grenade enough, you will see glowing orbs in the explosion like fragments though they're too fast in normal time.
ok well since im the screenshot maker ill just say.. those little bubble things are stars in the air on blackout... not regen or grenade ****
actually I'm pretty sure its a grenade, because a grenade dowsn't just blow up in one little sopt, it makes saprks everywhere
I MADE THE SCREENSHOT. I DIDNT USE GRENADES OR REGENS. ITS A ROCKET LAUNCHER AND A FLARE with different fx's on .. fcking idiot
u put a box in the air then lay the weapons on the box. save make and delete box and they stay in the air
To do this you need patience. But go onto blackout, and write a word in the sky with weapons. Then turn on Juicy and any other FX you want. Get a guest and deploy equipment (Power drain/Regenerator/Flare). Throw an explosive and fire a spartan laser. Go into Theater mode, and wait for you to fire the laser. Go up to the spartan laser at the muzzle, and you should get an effect like that.
