Players: 6-8 Gametypes: *All gametypes for Tunnel of Light should be set to Plasma Pistol starts and no grenades. Extra Carbines are available in each base for easy swap out. This is due to not being able to start with a Carbine rather than an Assault Rifle or Battle Rifle. **This can be played with Conquest using the normal Conquest variant with the starting weapon switched to Plasma Pistol, but due to the small size of the map there are only 3 territories. One in each base, and one in the tunnel. Description: Tunnel of Light is a map created in the image of the FH classic Tunnel Raid. The map consists of 2 bases connected by a tunnel, but the effects are what makes this map stand apart. I have combined 4 different effects to create a feel of being in a dream of sorts. All of the weapons are light based weapons and the entire experience is comparable to the movie Tron. The focal point of the map is the Light Tunnel where a majority of the action occurs. cool map. theres not that many on cold storage. but didnt you already post this in a map pack? and is there any geo merging? just wondering cuz i dont think its been done on CS yet. (and what is conquest?)
Solo, See the updated post :0) And Conquest is a territories variant where there is 3 territories on your side to capture (the easy ones), A central territory (the hard one), and 3 of the other teams territories (the really hard ones!) all set up in a straight linear path with no alternative routes. Check out Predicides Book of Conquest for a better explanation and tons of Conquest maps! And yep, there is geomerging.

Mind sharing what effect combo you used, because it's amazingly cool. The map looks amazingly fun to play, and it will go on my list of maps to get when I cure my RRoD.
ANyway back to the map...... Its is very fun and very action packed. Athsetically great especailly on Cold storage. Great job. 5/5
It's setup is very similar to Tunnel Raid, so it's more push and shove than camping. If you decide to just camp in your base then you will most likely lose. The tunnel itself is open, but has some cover. But not enough to camp on.
nice map looks like it would be fun 4 infection and u could make some pretty cool screen shots with the background
I had too much fun playing on this map....it is the first and probably the only map where I have enjoyed the use of filters. The map plays great, and looks gorgeous! Infection was especially intense here... This is a new classic...it will be played at TGIFs for many months to come!
This is very original. Kinda looks like the best looking Cold Storage map I have ever seen. It looks like you have planned this very carefully. I can't wait to play this. Wow, I cant believe I missed this. I usually dont like the effects but this is pretty cool with the light based weapons. Its very interesting I was gonna say its cool to see someone still using old maps like CS, but I noticed this post is kinda old. I will defenitly check this out anyway cuz it looks fun. Very creative.
