I already looked at the sticky and it did not help my problem. I am trying to download Skype and it askes me for a launch application. I have no clue what that is, and nothing will work. Here is the picture:
Where are you attempting to download Skype from? Since you have Windows Vista, you should be downloading from Download Skype for Windows - Skype.
