Gauss and mouse By stealth the one (resix) Supported gametypes: Gauss you need the gametype to play the game right Recommended # of players: 6-9 Map Description: Have you ever wondered where the mice that survive the brutal attacks of the tremors go? They make their way in to the seweers here thay fall into a holding tank. Sadly they still have not escaped death. In 30 seconds a Gauss warthog floats its turret to the surface to wreak havoc among the mice. Honor Rules: Just as in regular mice and tremors and mice this has its own set of honor rules. 1. Mice should stay in mongooses 2. mice should not hijack the turret drive the warthog or ride in the side seat of the warthog. 3. Do not teabag the Gauss for you will be killed as shown in this pic Need to know information: 1. no its not the game type makes the zombie invulnerable and only does 50% damage 2. the humans have 2x overshields making the zombie have to shoot them 5 times to kill them. 3. Mancannons spawns later on in the game for even more fun and enjoyment. Also the games are way too short for the mongeese to respawn and if the game lasts long than that means that there are many people alive driving the mongeese so they than in turn can not respawn. Now for the pics: Gauss zombie waiting area Anti teabag proof fusion coil and poof hes gone Elite says "FEECHURE NAO!!! kthxbai" Download Gametype You kinda need this to play the map. Download map and to learn how to do this warthogturret glitch go here http://www.forgehub.com/forum/halo-f...-w-o-mods.html Edit: V1.1 Ok today i had some time to work on the map and i made it a little better and also i added an improved gametype. Changes to the map: added more floor area now the map supports 16 players changes to gametype: vehicles are now indestructible Remember you can still download the original if you want but for a better time i suggest trying v1.1 Download gauss v1.1 Download mouse v1.1 also In the words of Huntar, FEATURE NOA!
this is a sweet map i love how the warthog rises up at lest the humans have a chance because they can assanate him 4/5 at lest there is no where to hide
the humans cant assassinate the zombie the point is to be last man standing and rope yourself in 5 points! also i have tested this out with many fh tester guild people and they really like it.
Looks pretty cool. I like the Elite (lol), but my favourite part? Is the fact that I haven't seen this before. This, to me, is completely original. Great theme, cool map, and nice tactics to keep everyone on their toes. 4/5. Very nice map. Keep on Forgin! EDIT: W00T! 100 posts!
I have seen that somewhere before. I believe someone posted a thread in halo forge discussion about that, so just try not to take credit from the Guass thingy. But i do like what you did with the boxes. Maybe we couold play this sometime.
wow. this is cool. its like combining whack a spartan with tremors and mice! "dont teabag the gauss!" lol! cool minigame! what happens when u drive on top of the tremor? is he just like a bump? 5/5. very orginal and well done!!!
Guys, I'm going to tell you right now, this has got to be one of the most original and best mini-games I've played. It completely revamps Cat n Mouse, yet leaves it with that same hectic and fun feel. If you are looking for shorter, faster games, then this is the way to go. The "Cat" actually finishes everyone off quite fast, and before, teabagging was a problem, but now, its literally impossible to cheat on this mini-game. No joke, I say this has my vote for feature, the gameplay is truly amazing.
ya, i remember seeing a hide and seek map where the ghost rose from the ground, but you did not give credit to that guy. if you thought of this idea on your own, i apologise, but otherwise, he deserves credit
i thought of this on my own with help from this tutorial that truly gave me the inspiration for my map http://www.forgehub.com/forum/halo-forge-discussion/42334-how-make-gauss-turret-w-o-mods.html
Aww, goddamn it. I made something almost exactly like this, but I never got around to posting it. The two are different enough, though, so if I do post my map and gametype (turkey shoot on open range), please don't think I stole your idea. Nice map, by the way. A bit small in my opinion. Also, wouldn't the respawning mongeese get in the way of the mice?
hmm I will have to try this out for my self, but so fare this looks really nice. LOL stealth Elite FTW
Man another great minigame from forgehub. I can't wait to play this stealth. I have a question for # of players it says 6-9, but can it support 16? I will be back with a review.
no it cant support 16 because i figured 16 was too crowded but it can supprt 11 maybe 12 if i remember correctly
Looks like fun, but I must say this on going modification of the the cat and mouse minigame is getting rather tiresome. Maybe we can start to come up with more original mini games? But it doesn't help that the community only embraces what they're most familiar with(sometimes based on name alone).
Nice map, looks very clean and interlocked, good idea with the grav-lift gauss thing into the floor. However I did this in a map before (Not trying to push my map) called Jack Be Quick, but I still think this is pretty cool. 4/5
it looks like the people in the mongooses will just get destroyed by the gauss turret, unless the mongooses drive faster than the turret will spin.
I dont see anywhere in his post where he took credit for the gause warthog thing. I dont think anyone can take credit for it. This looks like an amazing game I will have to download it since i am a huge fan cat and mouse gametypes. This really looks amazing, I was just wondering though if you could make the floor any. You could use the height so you only need one wall height to block it off, so then you could make a bigger floor.
I think that the idea is clever and i havnt seen it before so kutos on that and i agree that the respawning mongooses will get in the way and that the map is wayyyyyyy to small i dont know how this will be fun but i will try it and get back to you good job
honor rules are blahh, but you can't really do anything about it. As for the map, it is a great idea and is implemented almost flawlessly. Seems quick and to the point, just for what I go for in maps. I love the games that are quick, and fun. This is pretty good, nice job.
