Lately, me and my father have been having connection problems with halo3. He decided to call XBL support. They made him do the normal shenanigans " test XBL connection" in the dashboard. All connections were good. My father proceeded to the guy we've been getting disconnected from live every few games since around the Sept. 29th update.
He then says the problem is my router and its probaly not XBl compatible. I heard what was going on so I yelled from my room " It's a gaming router, its XBL compatible it said so on the box". My father repeats this. THe XBl guy tells my father to hold on so he can talk to a tech. support. Heres the kicker. When he comes back he tells my father that we need two routers for two xboxs. Not only that, but he eating a mouthful of whatever while saying this.:mad::mad: Your thoughts and opinions please.

I don't bother calling, because I can usually google all of my problems and fix them on my own. :)

The time I called them about RROD they were good. Another time it was about removing a stored credit card, and they said it was not possible. My mom was angry, but the answered the question. A couple of months later an update came out that allowed you to remove credit cards. And she is happy.
